Drive through - Large Original - Two slices of meat on the sandwich with a small amount of lettuce and a little smidgen of cheese. The bread was dry had a strange texture. It was inedible. It was unbelievably bad. This place used to be great. Never going back.

I worked at schlozkys in Longview for over 3 years I been loyal to this company I didn't call in I worked hard I even did extra, everyone would tell you I was a great employee but the over all managed has issues and is very childish, so much so good loyal people are getting fired or quit because of her she has made my life hard she would send me home early everyday so I wouldn't get hours and the 28th the owner scheduled me for 1 day so I called to ask him he said she didn't want me there so it was going to be this way. The owner has stopped caring about his company she runs it for him so he let's her be mean to all of us. The food and service has went down I had customers complain about the food not being as good and the service. Well one managed got into a argument with a 16 year old girl no good reason the manager was yelling using cussing words with customers in there and in the drive. The big managed Dana covered for her and the 16 year old lost her job. Misty the bread maker was transferred to a store in Tyler although she has been there for way more years than me because Dana didn't like she is gay and started treating her bad as soon as she found out yet again the problem is still there. I had to block her because she keeps sending me messages like I'm white trash I guess she doesn't like me because I'm white now. Thank you for reading this hope you all have a blessed day.

I have never had a bad sandwich from Schlotzsky's. I have eaten at the one in Terrell several times, always good. This is only the second time I have eaten here at this one. As always good. The one in Terrell seems to put more meat or whatever you order on their sandwich. The one here was just fine. The lady that took our order was very nice and gave us the senior discount without asking. Give them a chance.

I ordered through the app for “delivery”.I ordered a medium original, a large coke, a kids meal with a drink and a cookie.The food was doordashed. I noticed a drink was missing but the doordashed was already gone. I looked in the bag and the cookie was missing.So I called Schlotzsky’s. I explained what was missing. She said “we don’t deliver”. But I told her I ordered through the Schlotzsky’s app and it offered delivery as an option and that it was delivered by door dash. She told me that’s a doordash problem. I explained that I ordered through SCHLOTZSKYS. She then said I’m pretty sure the doordasher has the order. I told her that I didn’t go through doordash and she was already gone. She told me to come get a drink and cookie. I explained I was at the hospital with my husband which is why I couldn’t leave. She then said “uh well what do you want ME to do?” ? I told her either have someone bring the missing items or refund me for them.

NOT AT ALL!!! Every single time I go up there something is wrong!!! They always make my sandwich wrong. Then when you try to go back for them to remake it they " supposedly" cant do anything about it. After you just spent $11 fkin dollars on a damn sandwich the LEAST you can do is make it right. UNBELIEVABLE BUSINESS!!! I will never be going back! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I know ANY business would help me out or just switch my sandwich in a heart beat! Just so unprofessional.

I went up to schlotskys a couple of weeks ago and was horrified to hear from the back someone saying a homophobic slur, when I asked another employee who that was I was told the manager that day, I didn't get her name but she was a medium sized mixed woman. If you are in the LGBTQ community I wouldn't recommend going there.
