I door-dashed donuts and they had to be really old and with black spots on them. I feel kinda sick after eating one and the number is disconnected. So I cannot call to inform them of this matter.

These are definitely not the shipley donuts I'm used to in Terrell, the cinnamon rolls were dang near frozen and not cooked in the middle. The donut holes were heavy and cold as well. The jalapeno kolache wasn't warmed up and dough was not all that great. I will seek other place for donuts in Longview.

I cannot remember a worse experience at a Shipley. Sadly the donuts tasted like day old donuts, the cherry iced did not look or taste like a cherry iced donut (even though after seeing what looked like a strawberry iced it was confirmed to be a cherry iced). We have never seen a cake donut that looked like this, and it did not taste like the Shipley standard we are used to either. The take away bags were not franchise standard either.
This store should be evaluated to ensure it is keeping franchise standards and quality, it seems they are trying to cut corners at every opportunity and sacrificing quality.
My husband actually said “they give Shipley’s a bad name. @shipelydonuts should investigate…

Great donuts. But beware of the pre-bagged donut holes. I’ve been served day old donut holes 3 times this year in Longview. Once on Gilmer Rd and twice at the main store on McCann. I know day old donuts because I worked for 5 years in donut shops as a student. Selling day old products as fresh was a serious ethical and health concern. It’s really a shame because donut holes used to be one of my Shipley favorites. I hope this issue can be fixed.

My absolute favorite Shipley ANYWHERE!! The nicest staff and amazing donuts. I showed up at closing time and they were out of my favorite vanilla filled donuts but he made them for me anyway. How nice was that!? ( Shipley has the best vanilla filling. It tastes like marshmallow cream!) excellent customer service. ?

I have my own regular doughnut place, but my daughter ordered online. I went to pick it up. The older lady came out being rude, so I corrected her on a menu item they claimed to not have, but wasnt removed. The kolaches weren't kolaches. (NASTY). Also, doughnuts tasted cardboard & ashtray. These owners are ruining the shiply name. ??
I went home and ate every last 1 of the half dozen.

I gave this donut store a 5☆ review bc #1 they are my most favorite donut store #2 the lady whom is always working there is always super sweet and provides excellent customer service! #3 my donuts actually were warm, it has been AWHILE since I got fresh warm donuts & I went home and ate every last 1 of the half dozen.
Parking: This business is off the main rd, it has its own parking lot usually with plenty of parking.
I went about 6 month ago and the little lady at the front gave what I didn’t want and I saw that it was wrong and she argued it was right so instead of making a scene I took what she gave and left 6 month down the road I gave her a second chance and she did the same thing she assured me the links weren’t hotdogs in the coloches but when I get to the office they’re generic hot dogs. It’s a shame because Shipleys used to be a great place to go to.
