Food and sushi was great. Service was minimal at best, our server barely checked in on us and we had to flag him down just to get refills. Took a little while to get a cook to come to our section, while in the meantime we were forced to sit by the most obnoxiously loud, and drunk group of people I've ever been seated by in my life. You could literally hear them throughout the whole restaurant and not a single person asked them to keep it down in respect for other guests. We couldn't even have a conversation with one another.

Had an amazing time, the host and hostess were attentive and very friendly. Our waitress went above and beyond, not too mention our chef Santos. I would recommend this place for anyone. However the wait times can be crazy so be sure to get a reservation!!!
The food was prepared freshly. The chef, Carlos was highly entertaining and comical to his customers. Made sure all of his customers requests was within their needs. I’d highly come back and enjoy the meals here again!
Service was great, food was wonderful as usual, our waiter Sak was excellent and attentive.
Other than that the fact that management let one of the employees children run loose and loud was brain numbing. Ambience sucked... Can't believe this was allowed in a restaurant I had to pay well over $100 to eat at.
Ceasar was AMAZING. Food was so delicious. Can't wait to go back!

We love shogun. Been coming here for years. The food is still great (if you get the right chef). But they are in DESPERATE need of a remodel. Front of house is alright and has been somewhat updated. But the actual grill and seating areas are ancient and very dull and drab making the dining atmosphere very poor. Almost depressing.
The owners are in an excellent position to take advantage of Kobe steakhouse shutting down to bring in a lot more business. So please if the owners are reading this, you need to shut down for a bit and really brighten up the place.

I absolutely hate fried rice. However here ITS SOOOOO GOOD!!! Had the best date night here with my husband the food was incredible the cooking was so awesome. Love this place!

I had the hibachi experience, and it was great. Mostly, because of the ranom people I was with as I came in alone.
Honda was the chef and did a great job. Mia was the name of the server. She was good too.

I have been to this place so many times, but this was the worst experience. I have ever had never seen the cook Older guy name is ( Kim ) I believe with no energy and I don't know if he could even see because he keep looking at the order sheet. My wife steak should have been a ribeye but I believe she received the wrong one because there was four steak order on the table and the one she recieved was full of fat. The shrimp was not cooked long enough and I ask him to cook longer and add extra butter but he didn't so everything was under cook. When I told the lady she said the manager said that is the way that cook his orders. WOW per the Manager but if I pay $155 to eat it should be right?
