It is truly sad that in today’s world, someone can edit and post a video to suit a false narrative. Trying to make a place like this look bad is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. I remember the first time I walked through the door; I immediately knew this was a safe, welcoming place. From that very first day until now, the people who work here have made me feel like part of their family. Not only are the coffee and sweet treats the best in town, but the staff’s dedication and wonderful attitudes make every visit a joy. The atmosphere is 100% peaceful and inclusive. I am so happy to call this my favorite coffee shop and to know the good folks who work here. Don't let a misleading video fool you—this shop is a gem. Just go try it for yourself, I promise you will keep going back.

Owner is rude...had one of his faithful customers CT'd because he asked a question, instead of having an adult conversation with him.
Owner seems very condescending, an incident took place with a customer and employee and instead of getting an explanation he took one side of the story and ran with it. Kicking out the customer when they came back over 2 months after the situation stating I believe my employee and not you. I believe there should be security footage or something to be able to back up the employees story. Overall i have only been here one time with a friend but if the owner is going to behave in that manner and not do research or investigate the incident rather than just taking someone’s word I don’t think i’ll support this business.. He also stated he was a lawyer, i’d assume as a lawyer you’d collect all evidence first then make your judgement but I guess that’s not a common practice.

By far the best spot for coffee or tea in Longview. I've been a customer for years now, and I've tried most things on the menu. Everything I've had was great. Each of the baristas are very kind, and they're friendly in a way that feels very authentic. The only thing that I dislike is that sometimes the music is a bit loud. Also, shout out to the two baristas I speak to the most, Aliyah and Trey.
