This is about the Longview location but almost every time I have gone in the past atleast some of the food is cold. Not talking about take out and going home. We sat inside and ate. Lukewarm chicken, stale fries, and cold macaroni.

Awsome grilled chicken!!! The order was 98% correct. Forgot shake.... 46 miles before realizing not there. Drive thru order.. Will return when in the area.
This is about the LONGVIEW location. I had a reward for a free chicken sandwich, so I used it and made some edits to it. When the store received my order, they didn't see the edits. I don't know if applying the reward removed the edits or what, but my sandwich wasn't made right. I took it back to them and all they did was wipe the spicy mayo off the bun, pick off the vegetables, and gave it right back to me. I didn't want to drive all the way back up there when I realized what they'd done. My husband called and spoke to José and all he did was tell my husband it was my fault for ordering it wrong. Terrible customer service

The buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bowl was so delicious. I was so impressed with how amazing the chicken was. Very clean restaurant, friendly staff and great hours even on a holiday.
