Had to give 1 star on food because we never got to taste it…. Everyone got their food before us that ordered after us. We watched another table get our order and asked about the status TWICE before just getting up and asking for a refund. Then the manager tried to make excuses for the almost 40 minute wait, though his employees had already countered his excuses when trying to reassure us. They were “getting it made fresh” TWICE and still hadn’t actually started when we asked for the refund. Lo and behold there isn’t a cooperate number and Longview isn’t listed on the franchise list to file a complaint. And I absolutely must include that we were the only African Americans dining in the establishment up until we approached the counter to leave.

Go during the day it’s better quality food, I’m only saying that because a few times we got very cold old food during the evening after 8pm but other than that this place is wonderful. The people who work here are 99% of the time professional and nice! I’ve dined in a few times and have enjoyed how comfortable and peaceful it is!

9-12-25 @ 11pm. Restaurant is extremely slow or understaffed the drive thru line is going out to the loop. The line is only moving about one car lenth every 5 minutes.
