Only one worker handling everything. The other coworkers were in the back talking and not helping the lady out front. Just as we were gonna cancel our order we were told that only one needed to be made, she proceeds to make all 4 drinks right there. They had no taste to it, just tasted like ice. No peanut butter in the drinks that I requested it in. I waited 45 min for my order.

I usually go at 6am. Around that time, the person thats there has great customer service skills and makes everything in a timley manner. I prefer this location over the other one across town. Keep up the good work and hire more ppl like her !

They did not pay attention! Went to Smoothie King and Ordered the Go Coconut Bowl and a Kid's Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but when I received the order The Go Coconut Bowl didn't look correct And I asked what it was and they said that I ordered it wrong when I know I didn't and then when I received it It was already melted Along with barely any Fruit and no granola and didn't put the chocolate either After I asked and then the Kid's Strawberry Banana Smoothie was unsweet

Would have been 4 stars but my smoothie had to be remade. The guy was nice enough to ask what was wrong with the first one so he could correct the mistake.
Normally I go to this location at 6am but today I chose to go around 6pm. The difference in quality of service was outrageous. I always order my Smoothie about 10-15 minutes in advance. When I showed up it was obvious the worker either forgot or never checked the online order. Which wasn't a big deal really. I patiently waited for my smoothies to be made which didn't take too long. When I got home I had the awful realization that both of my smoothies were runny and practically thawed out. I only live 5 minutes away from the location. I had to put them in my freezer and add Greek yogurt to them which was supposed to have already have been in my Smoothie but definitely wasn't. Both Smoothies tasted awful, they were only edible because i added greek yogurt to help thicken it up and add extra flavor. I really like Smoothie King and will definitely go back again but only in the morning from now on.

Absolutely horrible management. Such a long lie and his lazy butt just stood there when this girl was alone doing everything and obviously new. Waited 15 mins plus and even longer to just order. There was one car in front of me.
