I could tell they were short staffed by the wait time and food temperature, but it was clean and the carhop was nice. They were not very busy but it took almost 15 minutes to get a kids meal and mozz. Will still return bc I've had a couple other pleasant experiences at this location.
I had a great experience today and was skeptical about coming here again only because last time wasn't so good. I pulled into a bay and ordered a chili cheese Coney meal. Ms. Shelby was the carhop and brought my order to me with a smile on her face and was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed like ketchup, mustard, etc. My order was right and she got a $5 tip from me because she took the time to make sure I was a happy customer. Sonic needs more employees like...
I've NEVER had a bad cherry limeade until this visit. A bunch of youngsters working, apparently not knowing how to be nice or take an order correctly. The drink was horrible, and the food was messed up. I may not be going back for a while.
