I was genuinely concerned about the cleanliness and appearance of an employee who handled my food. Visible sores and poor hygiene were noticeable and made me uncomfortable. I believe employees who handles food should meet basic health and cleanliness standards to ensure customer safety and a positive dining experience. Her name was Marie. Nice lady but still…….

Trash! This my second time stopping at this sonic. I’m from out of town the food wasn’t hot. The carhop wouldn’t hand me my food first she wanted me to give her the money. Like I wasn’t gonna give her the money or something. She pissed me off. Then she shorted me on my change I made her come back. Not to mention she went to the wrong car before she came to me.

I’ve gone to many Sonics. This one stands out in a positive way! The level of customer service is above and beyond. I also liked the location on a corner making the accessibility better IMO. I am traveling from out of town and went for breakfast then went back for lunch because I had such a positive experience. There was a special deal at lunch today, so the parking lot was full, but I waited only a few minutes both times.

This Sonic on Judson is complete trash. This location needs to be shut down. I was token off the schedule when nobody didn't properly train me. Shelunda N Buford is rude and unprofessional to me the whole time I started working here. she likes to embarrassed people. Hannah Little is rude and disrespectful and needs to be terminated. The male supervisor talk trash about me behind my back. The whole staff has been nasty and rude to me. I clearly see why they so short handed. I wont be stepping foot here again

Why are the containers big yet not filled with food. Med size container with small size portions. And no I didn't eat them!! I ate my fries from the top container. Yet was quality enough to be in a small container. What are we paying for these day??

For almost 5.00 I would expect them to fill it up with fries and chilli but no I counted for 5.00 they gave me excatly 24 fries hardly any chili or cheese on them just sad how they charge you this price but can't even fill up the damn product won't be going back that was a joke my entire meal was 2 grill cheeses the sad excuse for a chili cheese frie medium one and a route 44 coke like 12.00 and they couldn't even give me a real thing of fries straight highway robbery plus the chili tasted old and the grilled cheeses was kind of overdone yeah don't eat here this is the picture of medium chili cheese fries that I ordered for almost 5.00 just sad
