Waited 15 minutes in line after ordering a medium drink. Got to the window and they told me they weren’t accepting card payments today. I don’t carry cash so they said the only thing they could do was cancel my order. They couldn’t have told me their payment machine was down when I was ordering? Pretty irritating.

Stopped to try the new dirty drinks. They were good when we finally got them. 11 minutes from order to delivery. Didnt appear to be terribly busy but only 1 girl delivering. But sometimes would be a couple minutes between her bringing out orders. Made me wonder if only 1 was working inside also

NOTICE: A young woman working the drive through window at the Judson Road location is asking, "do you want your change?" and if you say yes, she gives you back only part of what you are owed. I reported this to a store manager and talked by phone to "Jesse" who is a regional manager over 7 Longview locations. He refused to say he would fire the young lady immediately, which means she potentially has been, is or will continue her deliberate acts. It's extremely small amounts, but theft regardless. If it remains unchecked and she remains employed, then it is collusion on the part of her employers. BEWARE. It's not a simple mistake, or someone unable to correctly "make change". It's a deliberate act. Modern cash register technology or a simple calculator would tell her the correct change to return.

$.99 corn dogs weren't freshly cooked, and there was no cherry or lime slice in my limeade. I went to the location on Judson Rd, but there are other locations just as convenient. Drive-ins don't really have "atmosphere."

I picked up some ice and a large DrPepper this morning only to discover the DrPepper had the dreaded mildew/mold taste that comes from not properly cleaning the drink machine.It's not the water from the city of Longview. That tastes fine at my house and the ice was fine as always.Just need to clean out the hoses and dispensers on the soda fountain.3 stars on "Service" because keeping the drink machine clean is part of service. Not customer service, but service nonetheless.

I ordered a small popcorn chicken and large unsweet tea on sonic app while sitting in stall. I requested ASAP delivery. I checked into Stall 3 and waited 20 minutes before pushing button to check on my order. They assured me it would be right out. 8 minutes later when it didn't arrive I pushed button and told them I couldn't wait any longer (I was on my lunch for work) and asked for a refund. She said she would refund my card but when this happened another time,credit was never applied. I told her that right before she disconnected me. I pushed the button again but she never answered. My order arrived while i was waiting on her to answer. The chicken was cold,tea was great. I asked the car hop what was going on? This used to be the best Sonic around but service and quality of food has really gone downShe said no one wants to work. Very disappointing because this use to be my go to for a quick good lunch. Judson Road location in Longview Texas I miss the good service from friendly people and hot food.

Stopped to get popcorn chicken for a friend. Ordered Sonic cheeseburger combo for myself and my wife. We ate this within five minutes of receiving it. Everything was lukewarm at best. I haven't been to Sonic in awhile and I won't be going back anytime soon.

Sun 11/19/23 morning just got off work. Pulled up to stall about 6:29a, pressed red button a coupleof times, didn't appear to be working. Drove around to drive thru, no response. Saw a Grey car w LA plates parked n last stall across from drive thru w person in car watching & ignoring me. Drove off. Took my business to donut shop down the street. 1st time visit but I plan to deal w donut shop from now on since employee of sonic chose to ignore their customer this morning. If u have cameras I suggest u watch them & get rid of employee losing ur business.
