Oh wow, 5-star service from the depths of hell! The employees here must be competing for “rudest people alive” because they’ve got that award locked down. My food? Cold, soggy, and looked like it was stepped on before being handed out. I guess “quality control” means nothing here. Sonic, if this location is your idea of customer service, shut the doors and do everyone a favor. Absolute embarrassment of a restaurant.

Worst Sonic I have ever been too! In the photos attached, you can see that I ordered a four piece mozzarella stick and a Route 44 that was supposed to be lite ice and next time I will specify that I want my mozzarella sticks individually cooked all the way through and not frozen and cooked in a blob. Don’t go here but if you do… definitely do not tip these people. Awful service and even worse food. They also did not put a cherry or a lime in my cherry limeade…

On 10-6-25 after 7:30pm there was a young girl with a red shirt on with a long ponytail swinging her hair near customers food and drink! Told the lady with a blue shirt on that was at the drive thru window! She had a nasty attitude and anger in her voice! She claimed she was a manager ! With horrible customer service she was mad about helping customers and taking her anger out on all the customers! When I brought the hair situation up she got mad about it made excuses and said the general manager watch this person all the time and never said anything about her hair swinging all over the food and drinks! This manager said her name is Terran or something like that but it was hard to believe she is a manager with such a nasty and disgusting attitude! We decided not to eat or drink there after seeing the way food and drinks are treated! And a horrible so call manager that was mad because customers started pulling up to drive thru to place orders!

Spent almost 30 minutes waiting for 2 kids meals just for them to only bring out one. Then had to wait additional time for them to get the other.
I am totally disgusted with the way we were treated tonight. How can every corn dog you make still not be correctly or fully cooked. Glad I checked the food before my kids ate them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My experience wasn’t terrible until I got my food. The people were just getting my order not asking how my day was or treating me correctly. Me personally when I used to work fast food this was a must. Now when I got my food I noticed that I got only half of my tater tots in my carton, and the person I told, told me that they couldn’t help me, and they apologized and went back in. I know yall could do better because I’ve seen better.
