They take forever, absolutely zero sense of haste, no courtesy or customer service. Just avoid this one. It's easily the worst in Longview. Take 5 extra minutes and go up the road.

This was my last chance for this location. I ordered a route 44 Powerade with blue coconut added. I got a cup of water with blue coconut.

This is a very busy Sonic, the staff is very good and hardly ever gets orders wrong.

By far the worst Sonic in town. Waited 45 minutes in a stall only to be told my food was coming. I already had paid so I get in the drive thru line only for them to argue that I had not paid. Finally I got my food and left. Only to get home and this was definitely someone else’s order and not even something I like. Will never go back. Main reason I only have Sonic on roadtrips because all the Sonic’s are crap. This is like the 4th time I’ve had issues, especially ordering from the stalls. The tea taste like dirt water and I love Sonic tea. I should have gone with my gut and went to a better fast food restaurant up the road.
Sonic is the only place i know i can go and never be dissapointed there burgers are amazing and you cant beat the drink options this is my go to place twice a week

I come to this location very little because this seems to happen often.. I get that the location is busy and I feel bad I just can’t keep getting taken advantage of when spending $20 with tips just for ice cream. I waited 10 minutes for two brownie blast and then when I get home with them it’s just a med vanilla cup of ice cream. No brownies and barely any chocolate. I will just stop going to this location and what a waste of $20.
