Every time I come to this location it’s SOMETHING. Came to get breakfast at 10 oclock in the morning and they’re completely out of fries, tater tots and mozzarella sticks.. They need to hire some better employees that know how to do inventory properly. Their customer service is ALWAYS trash also.

I ordered through the mobile app, and went to the location to get my order. When I got there I was informed an Item was out from my order. I was left at the drive thru with no service, while employee and supervisor probably were trying to figure out what to tell me. When someone finally did come to the drive thru I was offered tater tots to replace my cheddar peppers. I originally call them bombers when I got there, and was asked “what are those” as if that isn’t another name, formally used by church’s. Also, on top of the bad customer service, I was told I couldn’t get a refund from the store I would have to call the number on the recipient.

First time I've been to a Sonic (I'm from Canada) and the last time, also. I order two plain 4 Oz. patties. Waited quite a while and was finally given 2 obviously 2oz. patties. I said "These are 4 Oz. patties? They were the same size as McDonald's 2 Oz. Server said yes and rushed away. NOT IMPRESSED.

I came thru the drive thru and order 4 corn dogs and they were not done they where still had dough on the inside and my mozzarella sticks where busted opened and over cooked.. Night crew is TERRIBLE!!!!!
Lazy. Person in drive thru said the drink I order at every other sonic location is “too messy” to make. Literally any other sonic location is better.

No one answered the speaker at the drive through & people were backing up to leave the line. I pulled up to the window and ordered my drink there. The young lady was smiling, bright eyed & pleasant and she promptly gave me my reciept. However, she didn't give me my change! Even when she gave me my drink she didn't even offer me my change. I had to ask for my change. It wasn't much but I can't afford have someone forget to give me my change. "When we watch our pennies, the dollars will take care of themselves."

Symphonie has got to be the best employee iv ever seen she was the only one willing to listen and help us in a bad situation when all over employees just turned there nose up to me so keep that great employee
