I placed an order on the Sonic App. I redeemed a free cheese tots with the price of a cheeseburger. I get home and I have regular tots, no cheese. Very disappointing!

I would give this place a half a star. If I could. I went for a friend and spent $19.45 on a chicken strip dinner. For an adult! That look like it was a mini. For a child with no gravy. A med. shake. A water with 2 added flavors. I've called numerous times, they will not answer the phone. It's absolutely ridiculous. I never give reviews but I could not pass this one up. Just look at the pics. Not one piece of chicken is a strip it. Looks like little nuggets, like a piece of paper. Burnt.

Me and my grandson go by twice a week. He loves their grill cheese sandwich. The staff are all very nice. The service is fast. The best Sonic in town as far as I’m concerned.

I don’t really know what’s up with this sonic but I ordered a number 3 and a chicken strip wacky pack for my child. The chicken strips were so dry and over cooked. Highly upset that they would even give me such low quality food. Seemed like the chicken strip had been sitting out all day. But thankfully I checked out food before we left and they eventually remade them.
