I honestly don’t know whose making these reviews.. it has to be the employees because I’ve experienced nothing but terrible customer service at this location . I spent almost $60 on yesterday 6/17/2022 after receiving my food my 10 year old daughter asked for a cup of water and the “TEAM LEAD” of the store tried to charged her $2.00 She then proceeded to argue with me after I reminded her how much I just spent. The district manager was standing behind her in the window laughing at the situation I couldn’t believe the “DISTRICT MANAGER“ let this go on! WOW ! Honestly if I could give “0” stars I would Everything was extremely greasy I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

Bae liked his food but I was not feeling mine all that much and the walk up window was closed had to stand in drive thru to order because she said it was only 2 people working, but I saw more than 2 people up in there and I wasn't feeling the lady that handed me our food...it was a weird vibe fr smh and I ain't even from here...

I traveled 9 miles to try this place for the first time. I ordered a 12pc with sides. A staff member said to pull over for the order. I waited 45 min, while (6) vehicles behind me got served and one person that order by the window. I had enough of waiting, so I asked for a refund. One staff member said that the they were waiting for one breast. They could have asked me if i wanted to replace it with a thigh or something else. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

It's sad that these people want you to walk through a drive-thru because I'm in a truck the size of a U-Haul and they haven't counted the drawer for the walk up window yet but you open at 10:00 and it's almost 11:00. I have stopped here a number of times but this experience here just ended that

I was super excited to try it. Originally wanted to try in Shreveport, but I had to hit the road. They offered a special so we grabbed that and added on sides and drinks. I got the mixed box, & added jalapeños. On the side we ordered Cajun rice, red beans and rice, and the corn grits. For drinks we had a Dr Pepper and a strawberry pop. The service was OK at the second window. Initially, We did not receive the side of corn grits. when we tried to tell them they said it was in the box but only two sides were in the box (as pictured). they eventually gave it to us and it was fine. The chicken was good. Not the best I’ve ever had but good.

Not sure if they had a walk up window. I walked up and never got greeted so I went threw the drive threw an wasn't really thrilled about the food. It was cooked to long and mashed potatoes tasted older then a day or so.
I told my father about Southern Classic Chicken for the last few months. A few days ago, I ordered a 12 piece with double sides and a sweet tea. The total was over $75, straight ridiculous. The food is good, but not worth $75, will not be back.
