Jaylen was super helpful today after a bad experience at another location trying to redeem my daughter’s birthday drink he went above and beyond. I will be visiting this location from now on thank you for your help and for being kind.

Typically Starbucks drinks and treats. Store comes with friendly employees but is an older and smaller style with limited amount of seating and kind of noisy. Nice patio area however but traffic noise from the loop is distracting. Parking is a little difficult and sort of dangerous getting back out with traffic coming into the parking lot from the loop.

Total clown show today at the store not sure what's going on. Waited a long time in the line only for them to send me off with an ice chai latte instead of a venti coffee latte that I ordered. Horrible pitiful never again. And get this stuff was marked as a coffee and would it had inside was chai latte. Really upset.

Normally service is pretty good. I stopped by this morning for my norm. Venti Blonde Flat White, Quad shot, 4 raw sugars and 1 pump of white mocha syrup. Only to recieve a half a cup of Foam. I simply did not recieve what I paid for!

If u wanted to order a watered down Vanilla and Carmel Frap come to this place. My wife and I ordered and got probably the worse tasting ordering from stars ever. Hers tasted burnt and mine was more liquid than anything. Crazy to ask for a tip before we receive what we ordered

I just need to praise the sweet Lily working drive thru today! I've been having memory issues lately due to some medications I've been placed on and so when I placed my order at the speaker I mistakenly requested the wrong beverages so you could imagine my confusion and embarrassment when I recieved what I asked for but did not necessarily want at the window. It was clearly my mistake of wording so I explained to her my mistake and why she'll be seeing me again back at the speaker in just a few seconds to reorder correctly and repay, she stopped me right there and fixed it all on the spot with grace and generosity. I'm an embarrassed blabbering fool at this point, half explaining why I am the way I am and thanking her profusely and all while shes listening to me, staying on task, AND CONTINUING taking more orders on the headset, shes also still comforting and assuring me that I'm no bother and it's not a problem. I vote Lily for CEO of the whole franchise. 🫶

Nothing but coconut milk and the boba. No flavor AT ALL until I popped the boba trying to add flavor to the milk. It’s supposed to be a summer skies drink and it tastes disgusting. I’ve had this drink before and this isn’t it. Can’t even see a hint of blue in there smh but hey y'all got my money.

I go in there with my fingers crossed ready to drop my 50$ hoping they get it right ( all I ask is extra dragon fruit) light ice . And this is what 3 extra scoops of dragon fruit looks like in each cup . There goes my 50$ try again sometime. All friendly and everything but can’t read instructions is like they r detached from each other lost souls with a grin waiting to clock out and end the suffering.Jesus help them .somehow Longview always find a way to mess up my food. No matter where I go, but these guys take the crown . Even when I change locations is like the lottery with Starbucks.
