Ordered 2 Lattes with an extra shot and they tasted like water. I took them back and the employee was not happy since I asked for two new Lattes. Once again they did not taste like Lattes. Will not be going to this place anymore. Bad coffee and bad attitude.

Someone who claimed to be a store manager (Medium height, long brown hair, brown eyes. White shirt, black pants vans. Clearly not in dress code) was cussing out a customer for their card not working, accusing them of trying to scam them out of free drinks.
Really ruined the atmosphere and makes me never wanna come back to this one.

Great service & great people working here. Is it always perfect probably not but the experience is always nice when visiting & the employees always try to make things right when something isn’t made right.
After ordering a drink multiple times here. They refuse to ask for my name because of the drink I order threw the drive threw. Mint majesty tea with 2 honeys. Yesterday the girl didnt put the lid on all the way and handed the drink kinda tilted so it would drip on me amd burn me. After I dropped the drink. She said sorry and shut the window on me. I had ask for another drink. Handed me my drink without a sorry n shut the window

I went to the drive-through and I ordered a mint majesty with two honeys and I asked him to write on the cup Charlie. They said they couldn’t put names or anything on cups but my cousin was with me And he got a caramel Frappuccino and the cup it was written thanks
