I just want to say that Kathy is so sweet!!! I was struggling with my newborn one day and she was so kind to help me to my car with everything that I ordered. She really did touch my heart. She was the only one that offered while everyone was just staring at me. Kindness like that goes such a long way. 🫶🏼

Egg white bites were a delicious snack. Mocha cookie crumble ice coffee was great as always! Drive thru wasn't busy. I guess I got lucky!
Not sure what's going on with this location as there are always new people popping up, and normally I wouldn't complain but wish they wouldn't get my order wrong literally every other time I order, which is almost every day. I don't order anything complicated and they completely leave out or mess up the only 2 extra things I ask for which is cold foam and toppings. Again I typically wouldn't complain but when you spend so much money every single week for coffee I at least want to get it the way I paid for (since adding things costs more) I understand that this is a coffee place and it does get busy. But if they could train everyone to read the entire order and not just the name of the drink that'd be awesome.
