I love the Starbucks off Gilmer Rd — the vibes are always good and the staff is genuinely so kind. They were giving out samples of an iced white mocha with Dubai chocolate cold foam and wow… obsessed. Can’t wait to go back and get one. Thank you guys!!

I just want to say that the people at this location have always been so so amazingly nice to me every time it’s been a very pleasant experience at this location. I love coming here when I’m in town. I will go out of my way just to come over here I come here over seven brews because everybody is so nice

Absolutely ridiculous went in today on my daughters birthday she has the app for them and never received the email for her free drink manager wouldn’t even look at her ID to verify today is her birthday absolutely awful. My birthday was in October I as well didn’t receive my email for my free drink but was able to get it from a separate location. I usually stop at this location multiple times a week but I’ll no longer be visiting this location after the encounter today
This is the best Starbucks in Longview. They are always spot on and I love the little messages they leave on the cups :)

Whoever helped me at the drive through around 10 am on 10-23-25, she made my day! she was very sweet and even complimented me and it has turned my day brighter. I didn’t catch her name, she has dark hair, and olive like skin tone. Anyways girl if you see this thank you! you are awesome!

Had to wait while two women talked and only waited on drive thru even though they were here after us. I hope I'm not late for my va appointment I waited 3 months for. Had to sit and wIt 9n my walker for 10 minutes

My follow up post: *** The response from the owner was just a generic response with a link to a vague Starbucks site. I know you do not care about one lost customer, but eventually it adds up.
Original Post: I went through the drive through. I asked for 2 two splenda on the side. I went to pull up, they decided to take it upon themselves to put extra Splenda in my drink. “Hey Friend, I went ahead and put three Splenda in your drink, is that okay?” I said “no, if I wanted three Splendas I would have asked for three Splendas, that is why I asked to put two on the side and I would do it myself”. They then refused to serve me. I did not yell, I only wanted the order I ordered for $5. I understand the customer is NOT always right, but the drinks should be. Went to the next Starbucks and there was no issue.
