Unfortunately the service has gone downhill. It was fabulous for a while but then when I ran in to grab 2 waters… mainly needed one for my husband as he had just had a heart attack and stent placed and was feeling shortness of breath I was hoping water would help as we were going into Dr office right around the corner. They told me no unless I Purchased something. I don’t like anything else from Starbucks and my kids weren’t with me for anything so I asked for 1 water this one time and I would know from now on. They still told me no and was rude. I asked if I could purchase a cup of water and they still told me no. Finally, I see they have a water bottle available for purchase. They simply could have said ma’am we can’t give you free waters anymore but you can buy a water bottle and we can give you a cup of ice to go with it, but instead they were rude and worried about a 30 cent cup of water when my husband was in need.
I like this particular Starbucks becuase everyone is so friendly! Bella is my favorite employee she always asks how I am doing. Keep up the good work!
The Sunday crew does not take care of the mobile orders- there are people in the drive thru who showed up after a mobile order is placed- getting their drinks before those who placed their mobile order 10 mins before the car even arrived in the drive thru. This is EVERY SUNDAY- even when you place the order earlier it STILL is not ready. Can someone PLEASE tell these people that the drive thru has to wait too? Mobile orders are paying customers too- and the point of mobile orders is that it is ready when we arrive. Not that drive thru cars get theirs before mobile orders even though mobile orders first. It makes NO SENSE. It’s faster to get in the drive Thru? Than to order ahead? It is SO FRUSTRATING. And I’m speaking for the mass of people standing in the lobby just as frustrated about it.

Always very friendly staff! Sometimes, it take me a while to order, so I ask for recommendations from the staff and they always pick me out something delicious.

I come to this location pretty regularly &they're always so kind &dont make me feel like a jerk for my my annoyingly modified keto coffee order. Lol. While all their employees have been great, there's 2 that have stuck out : Derek has always been so warm & personable, &seems to really take an interest in the ppl around him. The other is Tiva (I'm prob way off on spelling). I spilled my ENTIRE coffee in my car, ¬ only did she remake it, immediately, for no added charge -she sanitized a towel &also gave me a dry one, so I could clean it up (w/o me even asking) which was so thoughtful. I'm hoping their managers or someone higher up sees this, so they can get the recognition (*cough* compensation *cough*) they deserve, bc - while I do love my starbuck's - most of us don't get that many splurges, but bc of these employees this Starbucks is one of mine.

Paid for a venti pumpkin spice latte, and this is the total amount received. Not even a full cup and little to no whip cream or pumpkin spice. Will not be returning.

I've tried to be forgiving of this place but after another drive off because they cannot get their act together, I'm out of patience. Depending on who's on shift will determine if your order is done correctly and on time or you're stuck staring at overwhelmed employees for 10 minutes, nevermind the order was sent in 15 minutes ago. Their favorite excuse is the printer is broken again. The free 5$ each time I report them is a nice reverse tip though.

If you want a cup half full of whipped cream instead of the coffee you’re paying for this is the place to come.
Never have I had a cup that had cream on the bottom and top. Guess they didn’t want to make more coffee. No receipt with my cash payment either.
This is maybe the only Starbucks I’ve been to in the world that consistently messes up my order. No matter what I order, they’ll get it wrong, whether that’s leaving out the cold foam I pay extra for, or like today, completely forgetting to put the lavender in the lavender oat milk latte I ordered. That is the main part of the drink…how do you forget it? There is one particular barista who always seems to be working when I’ve ordered, and she’ll give attitude if I ask for them to fix it, no matter how nicely I ask. It’s ridiculous. Just warning others to always make sure your order is correct before leaving.
