Why does it take 15 minutes to make a sandwich when there is literally like one person inside? I don't think I will be coming back. The drive through wait time is atrocious

Joint is usually clean and staff is mostly courteous, sometimes friendly. They are often slow and that cost a star. They also pipe religious music ... that's another star. It's their business and I say play what you like ... but many of us have had our fill and prefer not to participate even passively. I don't respect business decisions based on private whims.

This location is clean and the food fresh. But their customer service and dining experience leaves a lot to be desired. I visited this location after a good workout one evening and was a little unaware of new rules and protocols at the time.. I asked questions about ways to comply and she became even less helpful almost hateful in her disposition as she ripped through the items in her hand. Geeez I just wanted to get my grub on, not get griped at and sent away hungry.. O I so needed a Happy Meal So I got my Big Mac on instead

Was hoping for a quick trip in before my sons dr appt. There were 3 or 4 people in front of us and it took close to 20 minutes to get to us. Then I was told they couldn't add bacon to my slider (not their fault- they were following rules) so that bummed me out. Food was great and everyone was nice. Just wish it was a bit faster.

This store was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested their Subway Spice and I must say that it is a very good addition to any sub. If you're looking for a healthier option this store won't disappoint. They even have a drive thru! Eating healthier got just that much easier. By yourself or for a meeting this store is and option you should consider.

Most of the time, Subway is pretty good. However, today it was terrible. Ugh. Won't be going back to that Subway.
