I was told Saturday night by a girl named Abby that she wouldn't be making my sandwich which I had been waiting for since 8:45 pm that her manager told she no longer had to make any sandwiches. I would love to thank the young lady who also worked there that came to get her food help get my money back and let the girl know that she couldn't just make her family sandwiches and not serve the the other guests. I really hope the next time I go back Abby doesn't work there anymore

The best sandwich makers. They feed your belly up with the best bread selection, all the different kind of sandwiches topped with your favorite veggies. Inside it's small because it's inside a gas station but you can fill your car and get some lottery tickets while you're there.

Employees stood around and argued when I finally got there attention the employee started to do online orders and told me I had to wait after the online orders worst customer service

Good employee, BAD management. I want to start by saying that the lady that took my order and made my sandwich was very nice and did a great job. However, she was alone with a constant line of people. It took 15 minutes to get to my turn with only 3 people in front of me. I thought it was a shorthanded day. I came back in a week later and it’s a different lady, still all alone. I didn’t have time to wait and bought something from the gas station that the subway is inside and asked if the Restaurant was always understaffed. They said yes, the manager of the restaurant wouldn’t hire more people.
Why would management staff a restaurant better? I know that I’m not the only person to leave and caused them to loose a sale.

I don't know what to say, I never get attached, I don't really ever care about these chain types, and the food is sub-par (pun intended), I'm from the Big Apple, used to deli's, actual delis, used to the food stealing the show but the heart really pulling you in, I've missed that, and of all places subway to find it. It starts like this Jersey Mikes ain't cheap, I don't want cheap but I need cheap. So I head into the store, wanting to see if I can get somethin with capicola, which I was promised by some adverts they have it, apparently they don't and I am greeted by kindness the person, Micheala with a heart on her name tag, I mean really, just dope s--t, over the course of a couple of days and a few different sandwiches, I keep hearing her handle people great and I feel that it must be said, I was in the store for some guys with autism being tended to that was endearing and so respectful, saw some lady talking with her about his dead wife (like a freakin bartender), and then a whole store rallies behind her as she pumps out sandwiches, I guess they were havin issues with who ever worked their previous shift, didn't clean up or something, but seriously was just pumping out these things left and right, doesn't take much to see she just got there and s--t was messed up, its crazy though, rooting for the underdog, I've never seen something like this, all of the people that were praising her, coming to her based on name, wild. So I guess this kind of an apology, I haven't really seen a good subway since I was a kid, I guess some people are getting back to it. Side Note: I will only let Micheala or Izzah make my orders, they're the only ones that neatly pack my stuff in. I should say, that I have had, Idk about the rest of them. I don't usually type this kind of s--t but way to go people. Bringing fun back to fast food.
I told my dad to get me a sub...most disappointing sub ever I tell y'all..they didn't have cucumbers..which are the special part to my delicious creation..it tastes like cardboard due to the ranch...GET MORE CUCUMBERS(and jalapeno chips)...i give them four for the white chocolate cookie..most disappointing sub in my life so far cuz I love subway and I had been craving it...

My first experience at Subway was great. A delicious breakfast to start the day well. Clean and tidy premises. I didn't have to wait in line, they served me quickly and with a nice smile. Thanks to Betty for her excellent service. I will return with pleasure.
