Negative 20 stars!! Absolute worst subway I have ever been to! We are regulars here because it is close to where we live. We always have issues with the speed in which we are greeted and served. One customer in the whole store requires every single employees attention apparently. Tonight my husband and I went through the drive through. Someone came on the speaker and asked us to hold for a moment. 15 mins later and still they had not come back to take our order. We pull around to the window where a short, brunette girl opened the window with an attitude. We both told her that we had been waiting for 15 mins at the speaker. She said “do you have a mobile order?” We both answered rather annoyed that we do not have a mobile order, we are needing to order right now. She waved her hand towards the dining areas explaining that “yeah…well we’ve been busy”….with ONE WHOLE PERSON in the entire place. To add insult to injury, she was chewing food in between words. It’s clear that we interrupted her dinner and she had better things to do on the clock than her job. They’ve lost the business of 2 regular patrons for good.

. I'm going to edit my review.I guess night is the wrong time to go. A guy actually threw food after he got an attitude. We were waiting so long in the beginning and he had no problem. Horrible service except for new hire that was acting better than the other employees. Rude!!

Stop by subway, just trying to get lunch and go. The young man behind the counter (Arshawn) was more than welcoming and should be the definition of a sandwich artist. Would recommend anyone to this location.

my fiance and i thought it was a great idea to grab some sunway bc we were expecting to have at least decent enough service. we were totally wrong. as we were ordering at the drive thru, the elderly worker was rushing us to move forward... even when we weren't done with our order we just decided to pull up so we can speak to the lady face to face. when we pulled up, they were already making our sandwiches, but keep in mind we still haven't finished our order. we saw that they were making our sandwiches all wrong and once she opened the window, we had to let her know all our issues since being there. she was respectful some what but once we proceeded to let her know about our sandwiches made wrong but she had to "assure" us that the sandwiches were made right. when we left we arrived at home and started opening up our sandwiches and noticed that our sandwiches were not toasted and we're made wrong. our chips were even missing.. so we called they didn't answer. so we called again and my fiance had to let them know what was going on again so we left our home and came back to receive our right food. this shouldn't be difficult. yall need to be more patient when it comes to people ordering at the drive thru so you can hear the whole order so we can avoid shit like this. sunway do better, if yall continue to fuck shit up then y'all won't have any business left.

I would rate it zero stars if it would let me. Was placing an order not even 10 minutes ago. Customer service is trash lady was very rude. There was a loogey spit on drive thru menu I can imagine it was probably a Customer angry because of the trash service. Ended up just driving off.

Service was good with the person I got very nice . The sandwiches don’t taste like they use to . I mean all the Ingredients are about right . But bread is tasteless and ranch does t taste the same . They reduced the furniture with cheap ikea looking tables and chairs now there’s no plugs or Wi-Fi to incase you want to work through lunch . Seems like they only want the money now
