I was in the subway tonight picking up a DoorDash and right by my sandwich order there were a few tiny ants on the counter I mentioned it to the young lady and she was like oh my gosh and didn't see a trail of them anywhere but then I looked up on the wall and there was a roach so I think maybe y'all need to get the exterminator in there

The new manager after all my years of doing business in this store doesn't allow different toppings on the 2 sides of a footlong. So my mom ordered 2 seperate sandwiches. The manager as she called herself was very rude and then leaves a different lady to make the sandwiches. This worker was told 3 times no cheese on one of them and had to remake them. So how much money did you waste Miss Manager because she remade them completely. After we got the sandwiches home the top bread was hard as a rock! Don't usually rate this low but this manager and attitude made everything a 0!

It was a 3 star trip everything was good as far as food management was decent as far as I could tell ..but . soda was kinda flat and could prolly use some extra help on the line.. It's always about location and quickness though.

the worst service in this subwey first time I enter and the last time I will enter to buy in this place, the person who served me behaved very arrogantly speaking and looking in a racist tone, I was asking her for the order correctly and she acted crazy, she acted like she didn't understand my English, my niece asked her for the order correctly in English and she behaved the same way and started to raise her voice very upset, she understood everything perfectly from the beginning only that she didn't want to serve us, she was very bad-tempered, I did not tolerate her character and much less that she yelled and I immediately left that place, those kinds of employees cause customers to never come back, and I am one of those I will never enter that place again... the employee was white, thin with many tattoos on her arms, that happened today July 29 at 6:10 pm... terrible service and horrible experience.

We stood in line waiting for 3 things for 15 minutes. There was nobody in line. The hold up was that the nice lady helping us put more than the tiny little bit that they tell them to put on the sandwiches, so the manager made her remake everything. Crappy corporate greed just like everywhere else.
