After ordering I asked for jalapeños on my order. They said they haven’t had any for deliveries. There is a Walmart next door. The manager could go pick some up. Also the flat bread was old and when heating up the sandwich the meat was still cold.

There take out is terrible. Everytime we order takeout they can not seem to get it right. This past time we wrote the order down so they could just read it off the paper. Well my sandwich was not what I ordered, they gave me bread, meat, and lettuce. That was not what I ordered and I could have made that at home. A waste of money.

I understand when something goes out or breaks, but customers should come first, work on them get them out and either close or at least have someone faster working to get people's food!! Don't be rude and say it's gonna be awhile I watched 2 people walk out because of the lack of customer service so no I will not be back and yes I know I'm just one customer you get plenty of more!!! But damn work on your people that pay your checks if there isn't us it wouldn't be a you!!!

This is a nicer restaurant than the other in Henderson but the food costs more and coupons do not work well here.
Parking: This restaurant is in a small strip. The parking is safe and convenient.

Good place. But there's a lady who tried to charge me for a extra sub when I only asked for extra meat. On a outlaw sub and I had to set her straight on the math. So know your math on their prises and aware of the older white lady who tries to rip you off. Other than that there's no issues on how they prep your sub.

The male employees are great but the female employees are always very rude. I’ve given them multiple chances because I can understand everyone has bad days but after 3 or 4 run ins with them they always seem to have an attitude. They roll their eyes and do not show good customer service at all. Would not recommend. The older subway treats their customers great!
