Normally, we love coming here. But the service this valentines day was poor. We waited an hour outside, they said they would call and after the hour wait time we were told, we went inside to use the restroom and wait to be seated inside AFTER being told that ONE couple was in front of us. Another 30 minutes goes by, Four people got sat then we were told we didn't answer the phone BUT no phone call was made to our number and we double checked the number we gave. There ended up being two different lists of people who were waiting and we are fairly certain we just got skipped over. I am a very patient person but this was unacceptable behavior & just unfair. They blamed US instead of taking responsibility or checking the number that was actually called.

They delayed our reservation twice and made us wait 2 hours. Then they claim they called us three times. I check my phone and not a single call missed or received. I go in there and the workers seem to not care one bit. Horrible servers and servics.

The atmosphere is so nice and quiet, it allows for great conversations without the need to raise your voice. Also the food is some of the best sushi and sushimi I’ve personally ever had. It’s always fresh and the customer service is wonderful. All the times I went no matter what I ordered they were always on top of the drinks and it being a buffet were always at our table when the plates were empty. Great for dates or even families.

We were invited to eat here by my daughter and her fiance, none of us have tried the food here before so it was a great opportunity for a nice meal with friends and family. We were seated quickly, there was plenty of seating available on Friday evening as well as parking. The menus have so many options, its definitely tough for a first timer to decide on one thing so we definitely over ordered a little but it gave everyone an opportunity to share a little and try different things. The food was amazing, from the money bags to the sushi rolls even the shrimp and chicken fried rice were excellent! There's alot of great sauces to compliment each meal as well! The waitress was on point with drink refills and filling us in on anything we had questions about, she did great and we tipped her well. Overall this was a great experience I'd love to do again!

This is an amazing place if you are a sushi lover. Plenty of options to choose from. You can do a simple all you can eat lunch or dinner and if you want just a little the price for the regular menu item is amazing.
This place is an incredible value, and everything is tasty and fresh. Only item that was off was the takoyaki, didn't taste right. I had salmon, smoked salmon, white tuna, and more sushi and sashimi. Service was top notch. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Absolutely phenomenal service at this sushi spot! They crafted a stunning sushi cake for my daughter’s eighteenth birthday—super creative and delicious. My daughter actually teared up when we brought it out to her!! The manager, Rebecca, was an absolute gem!! She gave me her personal number right away so I could spill all the details I wanted. She nailed it perfectly, and had everything ready in just two days flat. Couldn’t ask for a nicer touch—highly recommend! Lovely place, lovely staff, & they aim to please. 🤍🤍
