Our favorite place in Longview! As much as Longview has to offer everytime we decide on coming to town we always pick Sushi Shima. The best food, best service, and always the best time. The menu provides food for everyone and the all you can eat is the way to go! You get 4 times the bang for your buck. If you are a sushi lover this place is the go to. Amd if you have people in your party that may not be on that side of the menu they have plenty to accommodate them. Kid friendly as well.

This is a great sushi place not only do they have sushi but they also have other things there sushi is fresh and nice (most the nice waiters don’t overcharge for extra sushi left over) there is a time limit but it’s reasonable 2 hours not to bad I can eat all I want for the price of 2 rolls and fujis willBe coming back a lot it’s a need not a want for yall to try there food
Our waitress was great. The food was not as good as I was hoping for. The pictures of the special rolls didn't always match what you got.

The food was surprisingly good for an all you can eat restaurant, and I ate wayyy to much ?. What really stood out was the AMAZING service and atmosphere. When we walked into the restaurant the first thing I noticed was the staff was smiling and joking around with each other. Our waitress was so nice and went above and beyond what most waitstaff do. The food also came out really quickly, and there wasn't any wait times.

Sushi Shima will now be our go to date night! We went tonight with a group of 13 and 2 babies. All 13 of us left with a full belly and one of the best dining experience we have ever had. The food came out fast, everything was yummy and fresh, and the waitress went above and beyond for our large group. The babies got suckers when we left and she even took group pictures of us at the table! We are super pleased and can’t wait for our next trip here!
