They messed up my order, my food was cold, and there was random stuff in my quesadilla. The lady I spoke to was very rude and the service was so bad. My regular order was really good but now i will never eat taco bell again.

I've always loved crunchy tacos. On Friday, October 17,I give one star because it doesn't give me the option to not put any. I went to buy some tacos. And it was a horrible experience, the tortilla had a smell of rotten grease and had a bitter taste. Their employees should be more careful with that. The tacos are fried with oil and after a For a long time the tortilla takes on an unpleasant smell and taste of damaged or rotten oil.. First and last time I enter this place. I had to throw away the whole tortilla It was neither crispy nor soft, it was moist. and I only ate the meat, lettuce and cheese.. The bathrooms smell awful even the bathrooms at gas stations don't smell as bad as these.

As if its coming out of their check, absolutely terrible people. Called the manager and she was even more rude. I will never return. Dirty inside too, absolutely filthy.

Made a huge order! Talking about huge! 30+ people to feed! Ordered and by the time I got there it was all done in the next 10 min! All that food! They worked hard and as a team and we enjoyed it! Added a few extras for our big order! Truly a great Taco Bell! And truly the hardest workers! Thank you guys it was yummy! 😋

Arrived to the drive through placing my order with a really rude manager(Sunday AM around 1am 1:30) She had such an unprofessional attitude on the mic correcting me while placing my order and asking me if there was anything else every time I ordered an item. Once I arrived the team member began to open the door and all I saw was her run behind him and slam it close. Then you can tell she was rude and mean to her team member. Once she opened the window, and told me my total, I let her know that that’s not how she is supposed to treat her team members yelling at them and closing the door, the young man was obviously so uncomfortable with the behavior of his manager. I left my nearest Taco Bell to drive to another and place my order. Select your managers wisely, maybe she was going through something but leave that at the door. From the intercom interaction to the one I witnessed her being rude to her team member, just a bad and unprofessional attitude. So unnecessary!

If I would have known how disgusting theses people was we wouldn't have ate here. First time. Theses people that work here over stuffed the bags so all theses people food fell out and on the floor they wrapped it back up and put it in the bag. There all standing around playing not working. Then ontop of that my 3 year old food was very little in the containers mostly sauce. Then our burritos had mainly sauce and onions nothing else. We spent over 30 for a sauce really!! Then the wait time to sit in there for an hr with very few people in there it's a waste of time. This place should be shut down. It's a health hazard.

This was such a bad experience. We we got one of the boxes, a nacho bellgrande and was supposed to be a soft taco. First of all we waited & waited for the cashier who said she'd be there, but never returned. There was another young lady who came to take our order, but I guess in all the chaos she forgot to put my soft taco in and put a hard taco. Anyway we waited for a long time for our order; too long. I had a drink in the vehicle, but because of such a long waited it totally melted. While we were waiting so long I bought a happy hour freeze ( we should've been given the drinks to compensate for the wait to order and then for the food). FINALLY we got our food, got immediately home ANDDDD the food was already cold. Are you serious? Not only did I have the wrong taco it was so sloppy I didn't want it, and the meat was cold. The nacho bell grande had a lot of beans with a spoon of meat sauce (if that's what you call it), a splatter of cheese, about 4 small tomatoes, and some sour cream. I order a side of guacamole and it was a dot for .59. This was the worse experience I've had there. We could've gone many other places for $16. We learned a valuable lesson. Very few people want to work and most take no pride in their jobs anymore. Eating out isn't what it used to be, but don't slop someone's food when you've kept them waiting for so long.
