I used to manage several different stores. I managed Estes Pkwy, Judson Rd, Tyler's Broadway & Gentry, Lindale and they were mostly all Taco Bell/KFC combo stores so I am a little bit tougher on them with my reviews but let's see.... Location was clean, I stood at the counter with no other customers in the store for about 10-15 minutes and when I was helped I had to repeat myself 3-4 times because the girl wasn't paying attention to me. It then took another 10 minutes to get my food which is ridiculous considering there was maybe 3 or 4 cars in the drive thru. The food is way too expensive for the portions provided. There was hardly any cheese on the tacos and I understand that upper management does stress on food cost but there is a set amount of portions employees are supposed to be trained on using for each product. Honestly every single location I have been to for the past 2 or 3 years have been very disappointing. I have a very specific way I like my order which is the T6 Chalupas w/ Steak Nacho cheese and 3 blend cheese only and add lime sauce if it is available. If they make it right it's hard to beat how good it is, but that's the issue I don't think I have been able to get it done right for a while now so I just gave up and stopped getting what I want and really I rather just not eat there at all anymore. I wish I could say that I recommend this restaurant but unfortunately I don't at this time. I'll give them another try one day and then I'll give an updated review but until then I say just pass.

It was not a good visit,we stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes before anyone even told us they didn't have a cashier and we would have to use the kiosk. I thought the kiosk was only for credit card orders. Then my burritos were overcooked and hard.

I placed an order on the app; when I arrived at the location to pick up my food, I was instantly “greeted” with an attitude. The food I received was a mess, stale, and cold. Also, how can you mess up cinnamon twists you ask?? By not putting any cinnamon on them! This was not the first and only time I have ordered from this location, and I WILL NOT be back.

Awful taste in taco shells. They tasted very off & almost acrid. Threw our tacos away. 6 regular tacos. Yuk.

Had to wait at counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, they looked at us but would not acknowledge us. Placed order it didn’t come out right. Also, asked for Unsweet tea they gave me sweet tea then got an attitude when I took it back to counter. This could almost be understandable if they were busy but, it wasn’t busy. Will not be back to this location. Service was terrible. It doesn’t take much to wear a smile when you work in public. Did it for years.

Silly me, I thought the double stacked taco was supposed to have nacho cheese, not refried beans.
To start the tortillas taste like cardboard. The beans taste like there a week old. The drinks taste flat and that’s only one out of four orders. The lady on the counter told me to order on the tablet then I look up and she is taking someone else’s order.Back on the road now are stomachs are hurting. Now we’re probably gonna get a fine for dumping.i just knew we should have gone to Jucy’s.

I ordered three crunchy taco supreme meal and added a Crunchwrap supreme. They gave me one crunchy taco supreme, the Crunchwrap and some sort of burrito. I know better now to check my food before I leave the restaurant.

Ordered online for drive thru method. Once I got to the speaker the woman told me I ordered for front counter pick-up & I needed to go inside. If the order is paid for then why can it not be handed out of the window? I wobble my 7 month pregnant self inside to find no worker at the counter instead everyone is on drive thru side. After waiting was told I could order digitally whenever. I let them know my order was placed. So I was given my 4 cups to fill myself which is not a big deal. I double checked my app order to find it said drive thru method. If I wanted to walk my big pregnant self inside, I would of initially done that but instead I was lied to abt my method, made to come inside & wait, had to bring my child in to help me carry items when all the had to do was stick a bag out of the window. Poor customer service. Also, are all the taco bells going only digital order for inside eating customers? Nobody works the front counter...literally. they told me you can only order from the screen yourself. At this point, we shld be getting paid hourly for doing everything ourselves.

The manager at this location is very good and this isn't about her, but while she's away...
I stood at the counter for quite a while with no greeting and was finally told that all orders inside are at the kiosk. A sign would be nice. When I asked where the "special" is I got a huge eye roll from the employee. It took her a second to find it too on the kiosk. The manager didn't see this, when she came to the front she was her regular polite and sweet self. Thank you for that. That's why I come back because the mgr. Is fantastic!
