Hotels can always be hit and miss - some rooms may be updated while others aren't. Luckily, the room we got was updated! Everything was nice and in great condition. The location, overall, was safe and secure. This was one of the best Super 8 locations I've been to. Kudos, Longview! I love ya'll!

All the rooms are up to date, they make sure you have a nice stay and they are very caring. I checked in super late and their was no problem getting a room took less than 10 mins to check in and the man was super nice. Will definitely be back.

My favorite go-to especially on Monday and Wednesday. That's when adults are enjoying karekoe. Friday and Saturday bring a younger crowed.

Most rude and unprofessional! The manager is so rude and likes to stereo type people. He had the worst god awful attitude ever. From the time we went to check in he charged us more money even after booking a room for 2 nights and then proceeded to tell us no credit card that we must have cash. WTF???

I entered motel told clerk I had a reservation she said she looked I dought it and charged me again so now ive paid twice and a 50 dollar deposit when I bring this up to the manager next day said it's my fault and kept my deposit the place was nice but her action's made the whole trip bad thanks super8

I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. Very easy to get to. Staff is friendly. Had a small breakfast but was good. Easy to get to and very clean. Needed more linens and were delivered right a way. Will stay here again in the future.

Long trip from Jersey/NC for a Bible college graduation, family member graciously made & paid for reservations online. First night was ok lots of noise/shady characters roaming parking lot. Left for a few hours, return to be locked out of both rooms…WHY ?? would the keys be manipulated during a 2 day stay. Now I can not get a working key/or into one of the rooms where my stuff is - most importantly diabetes medication, because the card used on reservation is not in my name, but my credit card was certainly able to be charged for the deposit for both rooms last night, nothing changed since yesterday ??? This has totally ruined our trip & no one can get dressed for graduation !!
Had end room in back heard traffic noise all night, bed was lumpy, carpet was very dirty. There was food from previous guest in refridge. No internet or breakfast as stated. Had to prove service dog regeneration several times on check in. Beware of large rock in public bathroom so you don’t kick it. Lobby very dark

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The check in reservation service was a night mare The breakfast was a joke. I wouldn’t rate this A great place to stay. I personally was Disappointed I would never recommend staying here. You can find cleaner and a better price

The good is even though it's an old motel our room was clean and looked like it was updated not that long ago. The bad is the wifi was almost non-existent. We were in room 102, don't know if that made a difference or not. Asked the front desk what to do, all she said was to turn off computer then restart in 15 min. That didn't fix the problem. The second problem is that there was absolutely NOTHING for breakfast, not even coffee. I don't know if it was Longview's rules or simply Super 8 is trying to save money. I doubt we would care to go back here if in the area again.

Everything was great and the staff was soooo nice! The room was very clean. The location was in a very convenient spot and very close to some great restaurants and bars. And the noise level was very minimum. I Will definitely come back

The hotel was very clean, and also the best price for a quality hotel in the area. I have been here 2 months now with no issues whatsoever. The housekeeping staff is prompt and professional, and Danny and Priti are quick to address and resolve any concerns that may arise, however it’s unlikely you’ll have any. Definite 5 stars and I highly recommend.
