Very disappointing meal. Came in for lunch, and I was the only customer inside. So how are the tables and windows dirty??? The decor is almost non-existent. It's very sparse and unwelcoming. I stupidly sat near their beverage dispenser, which was as loud as the last Def Leppard concert I attended.
Ordered the gyro the Tiba way, which is supposed to have tomatoes, onions, and t-sauce. The meats had good flavor, but it was lacking the condiments. Also ordered their hummus as a side, which was odd. It lacked any flavor and had some type of watery oil in the middle. The so-called pita bread was store bought and flavorless. $18 for this mediocre meal. Sorry, but thankfully, I didn't take any photos. One and done with this joint.

Sadly I really enjoyed this place but the last couple of times it hadn’t been as good food wise. The biggest issue is on Saturday 10-19 it let me make a to go order, on their website, for pick up at 6:37pm and when we got there they were closed no one was there and you could see to go orders on the computer screen. I’ve reached out about getting my money refunded and it’s been a week and they never refunded me or got back in touch with me. So they took money and kept it without providing the food which is theft.

I am going to preface this review by saying that on our visit it seemed that the restaurant was out of a lot of menu options. While some people may consider this unforgivable, I want to state that it is sometimes difficult for smaller restaurants to keep some ingredients stocked, and there are often difficulties with suppliers for Mediterranean food. My wife and I both got the falafel wrap, which came with falafel, tomatoes, I believe pickles, and a tahini sauce. The both of us were amazed by the quality of our food, how fresh it tasted, and how well everything was portioned. I got a side of rice, which was light but not unsatisfying. She got a side order of pickled vegetables (I don't remember which vegetables were included in the medley), and they were very crisp and flavorful. The price for the two of us was not bad at all, considering the quality. Longview, and Pine Tree more specifically, needed a place like this.

Extremely overpriced, they give you a tiny portion of protein. Also, they price gouge on DoorDash to an extreme extent. Furthermore, literally EVERY SINGLE other Mediterranean restaurant gives you white and red sauce for free (and even has it at the tables). This place tries to charge you for it, and only has ketchup (LOL) at the tables. Also the staff have a standoffish attitude.

This isn't the best Greek food I've ever had, but it's great. For East Texas, it's almost a miracle to have something like this ! I would come back for sure. Prices are not too bad for what you get. It was flavourful and my meal size was good. There aren't many options and just one dessert, but it has appeased my longing for Mediterranean food while living in the small towns of East Texas .

The food is very good and plentiful. The staff is nice and attentive. The only minus I have is that utensils are sitting unwrapped in cups at each table.
I ordered shawarma and gyro from Tiba Grill for takeout, and it was absolutely fantastic! The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The sauce added the perfect richness. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was ready quickly. This is hands down some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Finally, phoenician food in Longview! Gyro, grape leaves, and falafel were amazing. a beautiful presentation as well. I can't wait to try everything else. Don't sleep on this chick, yall! The young woman in the kitchen was throwing it down. orders were steadily coming in, and she was steadily rolling everything out with great timing. I'm reading some of the other reviews here.I feel like an injustice has been done. She's obviously a young business owner. And it takes at least six months to work out the kinks. If you had a bad experience, try again because what I had today was excellent.

Wow! If you're looking for great Mediterranean food...this is it! It was a burger joint before. Now, it's a burger joint with Mediterranean baubles dangled from the ceiling, and Indian music played too loudly. It's a place to get great food...be happy with that!
