The food is undeniably delicious. The creamy pesto is perfect and the Tuscan pork is so tender. But as good as the food is, the service is that much better. So unbelievable personal and sincere. Highly recommend!

Food was very good. It is a little pricey, but had enough for lunch the next day,so really not bad getting two meals out of it.

The food was absolutely amazing. We arent from around here but we would absolutely go back. The waiter JC was great very attentive and informative. They walked through the menu providing recommendations. Im allergic to tree nuts so anything with pesto was a no go. But JC helped with providing options.

We heard about Tuscan Pig via an episode on Texas Bucket List and have been trying to get to this restaurant for over a year. We live 3 hours away, occasionally fo through the Longview area a couple times per year but until yesterday, it was always on a Monday and the restaurant is closed on Mondays. The waiter, JC I believe was his name, was very professional and phenomenal in explaining the favorites, complete with beautiful photos presented on his tablet! We followed his recommendations and we were very impressed with the food presentations and equally important, the taste! While everything we ordered was fantastic and would order it all over again, the lasagne was the best I've ever eaten as was the tiramisu!! We met the owner who was also very engaging! He was born in a small Italian village where he lived during his early years and still has family in his birthplace. If you want true authentic Italian cuisine, the Tuscan Pig is an absolute must!!! Though we're 3 hours away, we'll be making special trips just to eat there!!!

Food was good enough to make a return visit. Waiter was less than good. I reckon he was having a bad day. The atmosphere was homey. For $20+ for 1 person, the food expensive considering the portion. Sorry for the honest review.

Mom and pop place with phenomenal food and equally wonderful food! Nothing too fancy and not a huge menu but that made it perfect. Quick service and food but didn't feel rushed. The caprese salad was the best I've had. The country lasagna was unique and delicious. The caprese had pesto and I'll try a pesto dish next time - it was so good! It's worth the drive from DFW just to visit here. I'll definitely be back when I'm next in Longview!

We dined at this quaint restaurant this weekend for our daughter’s birthday. The service we received was unmatched. They were friendly, welcoming, prompt and informative. The entire staff was absolutely awesome. The food was AMAZING (hot, well presented and delicious). We ate the Italian meatball parm, country lasagna and meat lovers parm with penne pasta. The establishment was very clean and comfortable.

Probably the best Italian restaurant I have been to. The owner's husband manages the front of the store and really was a fantastic server and single handedly made my experience better. I had tried a creamy Alfredo with Penne pasta and fried chicken and a country lasagna. Rudy gave us photo examples of their food and desserts, which honestly was amazing. He was a very kind hearted person. Service was exceptional, we only waited about 20 minutes for 4 plates of food. 11/10 Will most definitely return.

Absolutely Incredible – A True Taste of Italy
I just ate at The Tuscan Pig Italian Restaurant, and it was hands down the most authentic and delicious Italian food I’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with rich, traditional flavor—from the perfectly cooked pasta to the tender, savory porchetta. You can taste the love and care in every dish.
The staff were just as amazing—welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the food they serve. I felt like I was dining in someone’s home in Tuscany.
If you’re looking for real Italian food done right, this is the place. I can’t wait to go back!
