I’m currently eating lunch here … one of the workers must have been having a terrible day because her body language and they way she spoke to me came off very rude … she also got upset that I asked for more than one piece of lettuce on a low carb burger … she was talking on her earpiece to the cook and laughing when I asked for the lettuce …Hopefully she wasn’t a manager … she needs a little more training on her customer service skills I believe . walked in today at 12:25. for a doordash order. By 13:10 still did not have the order. I will not wait that long for any order. I will not go back.
Start off with Better Customer Service, Were The ones paying Yall. I Was Very Rudely Treated today, I ordered a 9.73 meal Nothing was Touched except one bite of the burger which was not cooked, he wanted to tell me there was no pink Now I know good and well he saw it just as I A waste of money. Retuned the Whole meal, While they stood there Whispering. RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IF IT WAS FREE...Who wants a raw hamburger
