Came at a good time because it was surprisingly empty in the A.m, ordered the Maple Bacon #1 on breakfast menu. The wedges were fresh and crunchy with good amount of seasoning. Fast and prompt service, staff was courteous. Good value for what you get.

So I went to get a spicey chicken sandwich. There was no one in the restaurant and they still refused to make it because it was 30 minutes till lunch. I said I didn't have a problem waiting for it to be made and was told I had to wait till lunch and then wait for it to be made. Sorry sorry management. It's no wonder they have almost no business even after remodeling.

Mobile order.Gilmer rd Longview,tx. I sometimes order Wendy prior to going to work. But this time.....Ordered a combo meal asked for lettuce and received a piece the size of my pinky,received 3 out of 4 nuggets, they forgot my sauce and when ordered lemonade I almost left with lemon water. SMH . On top of that when tried to call the location provided on their site all I got was a fast busy signal used to enjoying going here but no longer.

I don't go to Wendy's much, but I was a little hungry and I stopped to just grab a kid's meal. I asked for barbecue sauce, and to try one of those new tangerine twist lemonades. She repeated back lemonade ? I said no tangerine twist lemonade. Guess what I got 😑 And I really wanted to try that too and I still didn't get to and I'm not sure I want to go back to mess with them again.
At the drive through I should just drove off by the greeting we got. She was rude on the speaker immediately. Then at the first window she wasn’t there and yelled for me to stop as I started to drive to second window then she told another employee she hadn’t ate yet and she was clearly upset. Her attitude was of a hangry person who hated her job. It continued at the second window. We waited for quite a bit to have our food shoved at us. I kindly asked for an extra sauce and she said you have to pay for any extra sauce which I declined. It turns out they didn’t even give us all the sauce to begin with so they owe us but instead I feel it my duty to give back this review to them and will not be back until I see much better reviews… if I would have seen the recent reviews I would have gone to the friendly, much better experience, free extra sauce people at McDonald’s. Those cranky women need our prayers.

Biscuits and gravy was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like it was scorched and had a whole shaker of salt dumped in it. The employees were walking around like a bunch of bumbling circus clowns trying to ignore me as I stood at the counter
