I don't go to Wendy's much, but I was a little hungry and I stopped to just grab a kid's meal.
I asked for barbecue sauce, and to try one of those new tangerine twist lemonades. She repeated back lemonade ? I said no tangerine twist lemonade. Guess what I got 😑 And I really wanted to try that too and I still didn't get to and I'm not sure I want to go back to mess with them again.

At the drive through I should just drove off by the greeting we got. She was rude on the speaker immediately. Then at the first window she wasn’t there and yelled for me to stop as I started to drive to second window then she told another employee she hadn’t ate yet and she was clearly upset. Her attitude was of a hangry person who hated her job. It continued at the second window. We waited for quite a bit to have our food shoved at us. I kindly asked for an extra sauce and she said you have to pay for any extra sauce which I declined. It turns out they didn’t even give us all the sauce to begin with so they owe us but instead I feel it my duty to give back this review to them and will not be back until I see much better reviews
 if I would have seen the recent reviews I would have gone to the friendly, much better experience, free extra sauce people at McDonald’s. Those cranky women need our prayers.

The place has a funny smell, they failed to make my food right 3 times and wasn’t even with the wait. Wouldn’t recommend

Crap service sitting there in the lobby watching all of them goof off in the back play around 6 to 7 people working in the back and nobody can come and take my order at the front just staring at me like I’m not even supposed to be there, this place is a joke. The management’s been a joke

Biscuits and gravy was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like it was scorched and had a whole shaker of salt dumped in it. The employees were walking around like a bunch of bumbling circus clowns trying to ignore me as I stood at the counter

Black Betty

Black lady taking orders is just unhappy and bitter. Couldn’t hear me on the intercom so instead of asking me to go repeat the order one more time, she had me pull up to the window and give the order again. As I was repeating she would interrupt me and say ya I got that what else so I would try to speak and she would again speak over me to tell me she got that and what I wanted on the burger. I tried to answer her but she was just out of control rude. I get you’re unhappy working there but you chose to work there. You seem to deserve the life you live. Being super rude to someone due to your lack of hearing/attention and impatience, is your problem not mine. I’m not one to use a race card but obviously this lady just doesn’t have time for white people. Thankful for the life I live and that I don’t go around being a bitter Betty to strangers.

Waited in line, ignored, and employees acted like they didn't want me there. So I decided to be nice and grant them their wish and went elsewhere and spent money. Won't be back.

I had went Wednesday Night . I had people over , Had been cooking all day for thanksgiving the next day . I went about 9:30 . And ordered 7 sandwhiches All of them being plain except for two . They pulled me up , Was almost 10 by the time the food came out . All the burgers were smaller burgers . As I was pulling up to the first window , There was someone in the back ground yelling and cussing about making my order . 7 F"in" burgers , Just going on and on. Made it to the second window , Said person was STILL yelling and cussing . Pulled up , Waited almost 30 minutes . For the whole order to be wrong , Store closed , Next day closed for thanksgiving . Fast forward to today , Owner isnt taking calls today and Store cant refund any kind of orders Themselfs .

If you want to be judged for your order , Because your cook is impatient , This is your Place to go .

Edited to add : I was contacted and refunded Today , They were very professional in handling the situation . " Ricky" Is wonderful and helped me in a timely manner . Also promised to take care of the problem , Which i hope is true . Because whoever it was that night , Doesnt need to work in fast food with no patience , And if he does continue , I hope this was a learning situation for us all.

Friendly folk and better food than the other location in Longview. Floor is a bit sticky in the restaurant but bathrooms are clean.
