This was the slowest whataburger line I have ever waited in. We ordered 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich, and 4 fries. There is no reason that our drive-thru order should have taken longer than 30 minutes. About 3 cars that were behind us in line got their food before us. The wait time was absolutely horrible.

Waited 30 min to get food when they came out the order was wrong. Told them I ordered 3 tequitos they only brought 2. 10 min later they tell me gi back through the drive through.

I came to this location in the later hours of the night and there was a lady name Heavyn* (I may or may not be spelling it right) but she was beyond rude and was very much not a team player. Huge shout out to Nicole and Akeem* without them my experience with my sisters would’ve been way worse

How in the hell can you forget an entire order for delivery. Come on does corp look at these reviews. Doesn’t this joint have a regional mgr or something close to it. Yea it’s east tx armpit of Texas. Come on this is some str8 bs!!!!!.

Had a terrible experience , ordered 3 breakfast platters with pancakes. Told no syrup, got to work only one platter with eggs and 2 pancakes. Called them she was so rude and said they have plenty of syrup. Terrible customer service and I won't be back. 2 of us going hungry ! Do better
The guy chase working the window was amazing. He made our food like he was cooking for a king. This was best food and service ever thanks to chase

Had to be asked three times what it was we ordered at the window once after we pulled up and still had to go in and wait another 15 mins for my sandwich as they was in the back not wanting to do anything and could here them say it
