Placed order in the drive thru, two #1 combo's with cheese. Once home, the fries were cold and dry, and the cheeseburger had no mustard and onions. This also included wilty hot lettuce. My wife and I threw the food away. Won't go back!!

They're not McDonald's with food already cooked and waiting for food poisoning.... They have to cook it...If you're a delivery driver, take this into consideration.. When someone places a delivery order, they don't receive the order until someone accepts to pick it up. Once that's done the order is sent to the kitchen. When a driver arrives they've only had it in the system for 2 minutes before you get there. If the order has chicken it takes 8 min to cook be prepared to wait. Quit complaining about waiting for the order, you don't work there, go get a different job. 🤷🏻♂️

Chris was the best Manager I have seen at this Whataburger!!! Food came out fast and he was very polite. Overall this Whataburger is the worst one my family and I have EVER gone to. We place our order online prior to coming and still have to wait 45+ mins just to get our food and most of the time it is not even warm!
