I very upset with Waterburger #700 on Pittman and Eastman Road in Longview Texas. I placed an order online to be picked up, upon arrival it was not ready so I had to wait 30 minutes before I received my order. And I just order a salad. And there was black hair in my salad. A very disappointed customer will not be going back to that Waterburger.

Stopped in to get a chocolate shake and a chocolate malt. Girl working the drive-through had one of the worst attitudes on the planet, extremely unfriendly!! And Whataburger, there is a difference in a shake and a malt!! We were told there was no difference, so why not just put shake on the menu? When we got our "shakes," they looked like vanilla shakes. When my fiancee asked the girl if they were even chocolate, her reply was, "they light skinned." We are going to have to find a new Whataburger stop!!

I’m not sure how many ways you can get an order wrong but it might help if you took out your earbud while people are ordering. They upsized our drinks and rang up combo meals for everyone even though two didn’t order combos. The food took a long time to come out. The fries we didn’t order were cold. I ordered a plain burger, the receipt and the package said it was a plain burger - but the hamburger had mustard. When I took it back and said it should be plain, the cashier’s response was “oh, you didn’t want mustard?” Yes, friends, this is what “plain” means.
