I have not bought directly in the local but I have tried the hwings ones from there and the truth is they are very dry they are not fresh as they have been in the refrigerator for a long time

My husband went to this location today and asked for our wings to be cooked a little longer because we like them to have a little crunch. The cashier tells my husband that they couldn’t do that after just getting a full order did this way a couple days ago. So he proceeded to tell her if the wings come out not the way he requested then he would send them the order back. The lady then tells him well if you’re going to do that then we can just go ahead and cancel the whole order. My question is why is it that we can’t have our food the way we ordered it if we are paying customers. It wasn’t a problem before the other locations don’t have a problem with it. I forgot to mention she stated that it’s their policy which I didn’t understand exactly. So the policy is Wingstop will not cook wings for extra time if asked. Customer service terrible.

Service: The Checkout Person MAY have said 3 words to me in total....( But I ordered and paid online so that's actually a good thing in my opinion )Food: Always Excellent Wings and the sauce is actually fully covering all of the Wings....Atmosphere: I ordered and paid online (15 minutes before I arrived) so I just showed them the Confirmation and They handed me my order when the fries were done about 2 minutes later....Added to my shortlist,...From now on this restaurant will be seeing regular orders from my family.
Parking: Only 3 spaces at the storefront , more in the rest of the parking lot , but it is wedged in an inside corner of an old strip mall that was designed really badly and it is difficult to get Into and out of a parking space ...
