My husband went to this location today and asked for our wings to be cooked a little longer because we like them to have a little crunch. The cashier tells my husband that they couldn’t do that after just getting a full order did this way a couple days ago. So he proceeded to tell her if the wings come out not the way he requested then he would send them the order back. The lady then tells him well if you’re going to do that then we can just go ahead and cancel the whole order. My question is why is it that we can’t have our food the way we ordered it if we are paying customers. It wasn’t a problem before the other locations don’t have a problem with it. I forgot to mention she stated that it’s their policy which I didn’t understand exactly. So the policy is Wingstop will not cook wings for extra time if asked. Customer service terrible.

Service: The Checkout Person MAY have said 3 words to me in total....( But I ordered and paid online so that's actually a good thing in my opinion )Food: Always Excellent Wings and the sauce is actually fully covering all of the Wings....Atmosphere: I ordered and paid online (15 minutes before I arrived) so I just showed them the Confirmation and They handed me my order when the fries were done about 2 minutes later....Added to my shortlist,...From now on this restaurant will be seeing regular orders from my family.Parking: Only 3 spaces at the storefront , more in the rest of the parking lot , but it is wedged in an inside corner of an old strip mall that was designed really badly and it is difficult to get Into and out of a parking space ...

I ordered wings well done and these wings are partially cooked… Skin is flabby and undone in some areas. These wings are too expensive for them to not get your order right. Just absolutely disgusting. No wonder it’s been almost a yr since ordered from here. Never again!!

Went to eat dinner and the manager on duty was horrible with his customer service. He needs to be re-trained on his customer service. I believe his name was Jose or Carlos. I asked for a extra ranch and with a poor attitude response from him he was it’s $1.61. I was ok no problem I want one please. This a poor attitude he rang me up and took my money with no response.
