Tried to show my order I want on my phone, a guy tried to grab my phone but I pulled it back. Once I paid for my order, I asked for receipt, he looked up at me and threw it away with giggle on his face. He started to get grumpy and I asked for double garlic Parmesan, he decided to order me half garlic Parmesan and half lemon pepper chicken.I told him he ordered wrong for me. He threw away the chicken. I asked for a dip that they forget to give me one, worker lady came to check on my table to make sure I didn’t steal or hide the dip in order to get another dip. Few workers gave me bad attitude because they were embarrassed for mess up my orders. I will never go back there.

They have been extremely bad lately about forgetting items. It's been every time for the last 5 times. It's usually veggie sticks, ranch, Brownie or something along those lines. I've said something several times but honestly, you can tell they don't care lol they'll tell you they'll give you a refund but then don't after asking 3 times so they have to give you a "credit" But then to use the credit, you have to call in the order, pick it up, and you can only use one credit at a time.... wings are bomb though. If you go here, don't do delivery so you can make sure everything you paid for is in your order.

I love this shop. The wings cooked perfectly, the sauce wasn't overflowing, and the drinks were cold. The staff are fantastic. The short super cute chick needs a raise. Gorgeous and fun sized. Evelyn is awesome.
Walked in there with my wife and kids and received the worst customer service that can be given.So I walked right up to the register to place our order and was completely ignored. Not one person that worked there said anything to us. People in the back were just talking up a store.Finally, I asked, are you ready to take our order, I was standing right next to the counter and the register and you completely ignored us. Called an order in arrived when they said it'd be ready and it wasn't. Waited 30 more minutes. The order was sitting for who knows how long since no one bothered to call it out. Trying not to be rude asked them to remake it. They refused acting as if someone had called it out as they are supposed to for each order. The entire time I was sitting there they only called out one of the multiple orders they did.
