First time customer. Not impressed. Order fingers they are dry, my dog liked them. Meal comes with drink (out of small cups). I was ask if medium drink was ok, then up charged me for it. Out of Dr Pepper.

Juice from the strip came up and burned my face. I've never been squirted on by a chicken before. It was quite tantalizing. ?? A little warning next time, though I have no problem "hawff hawff hawffing" though the pain. ? 4 stars. See you soon babe! ?

The food was amazing. The store was filthy. Crap all over the counter, dirty tables, and most of the drink machine didn't work. They had been open for like half an hour, so it's not like there was a rush. That said, the food was so good that I don't really care. Would probably do drive-thru, though.

We had Zaxby's for the first time in Mobile, AL and it was fantastic. So hoping for a repeat, we came to this newly opened one. Sadly, we did not have the same results. Service was great, but the food was soggy & cold. I sure hope they get it together.
