I have ordered tacos from here before & it’s has always been great until now, I got al pastor tacos & the meat wasn’t fully cooked AND to top it off my coke literally smells like armpits (my sister in law & husband got cokes too & those do not smell that way.) oh & they gave me a one fork FOR 3 orders & FOR BEANS??

Placed my order ahead of time and still had to wait almost 15 mins when they said my order will be out within 5 mins, mind you I drove 10 mins and still waited another 15. Food was decent but HORRIBLE PRICES AND PORTIONS. Ordered Birria tacos expecting a decent size but later saw they were TINY ash. My toddler would eat them alone. And what’s the point of having Birria tacos without thr soup!? So dam disappointed and pissed I spent nearly 30$ for this. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. Never been robbed but i sure felt like i been.

Sucks , food is bland TOO EXPENSIVE. 9 dollars for a lemonade is diabolical!! tacos are so small. i asked for extra limes & they didn’t add any , AND when i opened the bag the limes where just THROWN in the BAG. very unsanitary, didn’t have any courtesy to put them in a little baggy. customer service is horrible, they have a ugly attitude the man & women that served my husband & i. don’t ever come & waste your time at this restaurant.

I recently visited Taqueria Cien and had a great experience. I ordered an order of three tostadas, and they were delicious—the meat had a lot of flavor and everything tasted fresh. I also had frijoles charros, and they were really good. I paired everything with a Sprite, which hit the spot. There was no wait time at all, which made the experience even better. They’ve also recently remodeled and expanded the restaurant, and it looks really nice. I also like that they have a drive-thru option, especially since you can order if you call. They accept both cash and credit cards, and they’re open late, which is really convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed the flavor of the food and would definitely come back.

As a South Texans, we’re all just trying to find that taco place that’s marginally better than the last and Taqueria El Cien has genuinely been exceeding my expectations these past visits. My usual order is 3 bistec and 3 tripa with avocado and cheese, and at most taquerias I’m always a little let down by one or the other. El Cien just does not disappoint and both are great.
Fair warning: Drive-thru orders tend to not make it past the parking lot, at least in my case
Great tacos taste like home in mexico so I go here when I crave some good tacos with out having to deal with border crossing highly recommend

I’ve been coming here for years and enjoy the food most of time. They lied to me once and gave me bistek tacos when I ordered fajita. I called them out on it and they admitted they lied and adjusted my bill. Now they charged $27 for an order of fajita tacos and an order of quesadillas?! They lost a good customer. I’ll go elsewhere and get better tacos for less money.
