Sat at the front of the line for several minutes, only to be ignored and then skipped. The young man and woman there obviously care more about their social circles than they do about their customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t my only issue there; this is the first time I have decided to write a review. I only come to this specific store because it is conveniently located down the road from my house. However, if I want to get better customer service, I just go to the store on Milwaukee Ave.

I get this drink all the time it is saved in my favorites. Oatmilk blondie 1/4 sweet extra shot. First drink was way to sweet. I sent it back expecting them to fix it. All they did was give me back my same drink, and somehow it is even more sweet. The lady was like it's an easy fix. Ye right. An easy fix would be the owner firing yall and hiring people who actually listen to his or hers customers!!!
Drinks always come out great & staff keep the line moving really well. The only downside is something completely out of their control-traffic on Slide SUCKS and it seems bottlenecked in the area this 7 brew is in. Shoutout to the Lorax working the drive thru lol

This used to be my go to location as it’s on the way to work and daycare, but the last 5 times I’ve gone the coffee has taste burnt. I mentioned it to an employee the last time I was there and she said oh yeah it’s probably just our espresso. I go out of my way to go to another location now

The girl started handing me drinks. I asked for a drink carrier bc I only have 2 cup holders? When she gives it to me the drink spilled all in my lap and she just keeps her hand on the drink carrier over me. GIRL GRAB IT AND TAKE IT AWAY BC ITS JUST POURING ON ME. anyways. I tell her she needs to take it bc it’s going everywhere. She takes it, and doesn’t say I’m sorry or anything. I have to ask her for napkins smh As I’m on my way to work I realize this girl does not know how to put a lid on!!! But wanted to be smirking when I didn’t say anything and drove off. A job is for $$$, not to hang out with your friends… treat it like a job. She may not have bills but I just spent $22 on drinks for this??
