“This was our first visit to Stella’s Restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and seated without any wait. Our server, Erata, was gracious, welcoming, kind and was extremely helpful. We asked for her recommendations from our cocktails to dinner and desert, and she was spot on. The blueberry martini and the dirty martini were the best we’ve had in a very long time. We had such a delicious meal, the veal piccata with angel hair pasta and the veal parmigiana on spaghetti, was cooked to perfection. We topped it all off with a crème brûlée, that was out of this world. This was a dining experience that we won’t soon forget and we will make Stella’s a must place to go to, whenever we visit Lubbock. The staff were very professional, Erata is a great representative of this establishment. We felt that the dining area was well appointed and very comfortable. Highly recommended!”

“We had the most amazing date night experience tonight! Dinner with Gavin serving, wonderful food, followed by dessert and cigars on the patio! Zach the GM was wonderful! Definitely recommend the funky door fondue, and the bananas foster fondue! Also enjoyed the millionaire steak, the New York strip, the butternut and bacon fettuccine. Pickle Chilton, Funky door old fashion, Coconut Margo, and Belvedere tonic drinks were wonderful as well!”

Ingredients were fresh, sandwich prep area was clean. Service was prompt and courteous. A nice change if your looking for something quick and you can have it anyway you like, that's the great part.”

Piled completely full with meat, it’s enough food for two meals or perfect to share with a partner. Everything else I’ve had is also perfection. The owners and employees are the nicest people. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

“The Monomyth in Lubbock Texas: Nowadays I find myself in the Yee-Haw part of the state. That means that the coffee can double as paint thinner, and the coffee shops are designed off of prisons. Recently however, I had the chance to see an Don Giovanni in Lubbock Texas, where the person who played Don Octavio stole the show. He did nothing to help, and sang beautifully. Remarkable. While in Lubbock for my crossover episode with all the old Wesley +Laureen, we went to the Monomyth, a Coffee Shop. No only was the shop not a prison, but the coffee didn't come with its own chemical code. While that is all well and good, it invites something different to fill the gap, hipsters, and hipsters they were. Styled beards, flannel shirts, flared mustaches, light leather boots, jeans, and man buns. I felt as if I was behind enemy lines and it was difficult to get my bearings, so that I could order. I'm not fluent in hipster, but I can hold a conversion, so I was confident in my ability to order. "Should I do drip or bar" "We have a single origin Honduras on Bar" which caused Don Octavio's eyes to shoot out lasers and him to rip off his shirt revealing the Honduran Flag tatted on his chest. At least that's how I imagine he felt. "Sounds good, I'll have a latte" He corrected me, "You'll have a cap" And a cappuccino I had, and he was right it is what I wanted. I just didn't know. A near perfect barista experience where they can size me up and correct my order based on what they know they have and what they think I want and be correct about it. As for the drink itself, the milk was over steamed with visible bubbles, and while their was foam art it would have benefited from a slower initial pour. However, the espresso did a hard carry. The sweetness melded with the sour to make a thoroughly enjoyable drink. If I were to go again I would get just the espresso, the milk only took away from what I can surmise to be the unyielding power of Honduras.”

The staff are always so friendly and really make a point to try and remember you so you don’t feel like just another number walking through the door. While it's certainly better than during the initial promotional month last year, it can still be quite loud, particularly louder on weekends, starting as early as 7 AM. Please keep in mind that this particular location is right next to residential homes, and the noise has been challenging for the residents. It has significantly affected the quality of life in my household and my neighbors. Many people I have talked to seem appreciate your products and service over the past year, but I kindly ask that you consider being a good neighbor by keeping the noise level down. My intention is not to hurt your review, not lowering my rating, but I wanted to communicate this concern.”

“😍Lubbock Food Review: 😍 Jay and I went to Savage Tavern today and let me just say it was amazing. This place is said to have the best BRUNCH in Lubbock. There were about 10 things we both wanted to try, but we settled on a Bloody Mary and these two amazing dishes. I had the Avocado Caprese Toast with potatoes and he had the Texas Migas with queso! Yall! It was fantastic! The service was superior and it was a fun atmosphere. We sat inside but they do have a patio and we plan to go back this week for dinner. 🙌 So if you are looking for a great brunch place on the weekend or just a new place, give this a try! We were impressed and will be back! Thank you ST for a great first experience!”

I give five stars on the serving Amount, I bought the 4 meat fried rice Beef, Chicken, Pork and Shrimp
For the amount that you get $14.02 wasn’t bad at all.
However, It was LACKING FLAVOR VERY BLAND it needs some extra seasonings maybe like some ONION powder and some GARLIC powder. My plate was a little bit too DRY None of the meats?????had any moisture/liquid, Even the Tomatoes ? were dry. I will definitely ? try again maybe ? something different.

What started off as a slow service and possibly disappointing meal was quickly turned around by the manager/bartender on duty. The food was really good, very well priced and the restaurant itself was very clean and comfortable and dare I say it- a really good deal and strong value for dinner. I had the 10oz sirloin. It was lean and meaty and perfect. The Aspen Grill Chicken salad was big and generous amounts of chicken were given. The kids meals were also great value for money. We don't live here in Lubbock, but would definitely come back if coming through town and we needed a sit down meal.”
