“This is the best Subway in all of Lubbock. I live all the way on 114th and Indiana and always go out of my way to make it to this location. They always have the nicest employees that are always courteous and have the best customer service. I've truly never had a bad experience at this location.“
“Went here during lunch time. The only guy working the store, Chance, had this place extremely clean and organized, was very kind and respectful, and handed me some pretty good food. I was surprised at the quality of this location because other subways have been a miss in the past. I was impressed with how this location is run and will come back.“
“This Subway has an odd dining area which feels very cramped. The store was clean, including the restrooms. The service was friendly and quick. We tried several of the signature series subs. Everything tasted great, but it's getting expensive - gone are the days of the five dollar footlong, it's $15 bucks for a footling meal. Overall, this place is pretty good.“

“I went in to get one of my favorite creations foot long, rotisserie chicken, pepper jack, jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives,red onion,bell pepper salt and pepper with sweet onion sauce, honey mustard and mayo..The line was long and two ladies in front of me, had large orders, I was impressed with the young Beautiful Woman that was operating under the pressure with ease, she kept her cool, got it done and on to the next customer. “I ordered a 6" Black Forest Ham sub with southwest Chipotle dressing on their new artisan bread. The bread was a nice improvement and upgrade over their old bread. Ingredients were fresh, sandwich prep area was clean. Service was prompt and courteous. A nice change if your looking for something quick and you can have it anyway you like, that's the great part.“

“The food was delicious but like every other subway shop in Lubbock they are under staffed. This guy ask his Co worker whom was leaving to stay and he said no. He was swamped with online orders and then my 3 orders along with all those that were in there. Horrible. The local owners need to fix this.“
“The staff is always friendly, even when they have a lot of orders at once. They have in-store orders, online orders AND drive thru orders all at once! I've used all three options and they get my food right every time!! The app is helpful for those who like to plan ahead or have special or add-ons to orders (extra cheese, add bacon, toasted, etc.), there a coupons available through the app and it will take coupon codes from physical coupons. I like that I can order online and pickup, all while saving money and getting everyone something they enjoy.Vegetarian options: The whole menu could be vegetarian if you say no meat.Dietary restrictions: I have had several sets of dietary restrictions and I was always able to find an option here without breaking the bank. You can get bowls of sandwich ingredients without the bread or you can build any sandwich or flatbread you can imagine! (They never get judgy about my weird orders, we just banter as we wing it. I think they might find it fun to have the occasional interesting order in a land of otherwise regular sandwiches!)“
“We have visited here several times and understand the shortage of staff. However there was a young lady working solo that was not frustrated, or unprofessional. She served us a great sandwich. I thought this attitude should be commended, as she was doing the best that she could given the circumstances.“
