“Honestly, this Subway is well worth the extra mile if it’s a little far for you. AND its 4 star rating is definitely well-earned! I wish I could remember the 2 lovely ladies names who helped us, but their service was impeccable.
Very helpful & friendly; we went to redeem some coupons & one of the ladies helped my mom understand the menu & how the coupon applied. Portions were generous & they honored our requests for extra toasty! And all was served with such a great mood & smiles all round. Their attitude definitely contributed to the warm, friendly chatter we had with other customers. Compared to another Subway in town, this one was like heaven on a fresh loaf of herbs n cheese bread lol. Another trip here certainly looks like it’s in the cards!“

“THIS Subway is by far the best in Lubbock, so far.
Every time I come in Lynda and fellow staff are welcoming, kind, fast, and all products are full and FRESH.
Other locations such as 6302 Frankford, 6301 19th and 4412 50th are some of the WORST. Almost made me avoid SUBWAY altogether.
But THIS location, always keeps me coming back because of its excellence.“

“I never call out names, out of respect, but I come once a week. I stop my work day regardless of time left to get a sandwich here. I'm not going to lie. Those brown eyes that long hair, and that killer smile got me hooked. Personality, just everything. Be the only reason why i would move here. Couldn't make it in last week, but I never pass this place once I'm in lubbock just for her. Not going to lie, she's masks a killer sandwich. But that's just the bonus. Ughh.....“
“The food was delicious but like every other subway shop in Lubbock they are under staffed. This guy ask his Co worker whom was leaving to stay and he said no. He was swamped with online orders and then my 3 orders along with all those that were in there. Horrible. The local owners need to fix this.“
“My wife and I went to Subway and we met with Mida, the General Mgr.
Our Church is holding an event and needed some boxed lunches…Mida took her time…she listened to our need and immediately got to work and put together a very economical plan to meet our need.
Mida is very Customer friendly and she put aside her store’s interest and fulfilled our need.
Mida is a very much needed “throwback customer first” Manager…there’s not many like her with her people skills around.

“We have visited here several times and understand the shortage of staff. However there was a young lady working solo that was not frustrated, or unprofessional. She served us a great sandwich. I thought this attitude should be commended, as she was doing the best that she could given the circumstances.“
“Gabriella was amazing. I placed an online order. When I arrived she informed me she was in baking cookies and offered me a bag of chips instead. I chose to wait for the cookies. While waiting several customers came in and she handled them with ease. She was very polite and kept a smile on her face all while being alone. She definitely deserves praise and a raise 👏🏽🙌🏽“
