“Good Sandwiches. Very Customer Friendly in Store. We ate inside the restaurant recently there were quite a few workers so everything was taken care of extremely fast. They even cleared our table after eating while we continued to talk. Drive thru experience is Exceptional as well.“

“Here’s the Real Deal! I’m asked to give reviews time to time, but I can only be honest about each company and what they provide. I decided to try Schlotzsky’s after church on 82nd Street in Lubbock TX. The premises were clean, the service was amazing & the sandwich was Outstanding. I bought a large & almost ate the entire sandwich because it was So Good. Fresh bread & fresh ingredients made me smile while eating. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Awesome Job Team🥰💙❤️!!! BL“

“Tonight was our first Potbelly experience. I ordered online, and when we arrived a very pleasant Cassandra treated us so very kindly. I had the Mediterranean and my son had the pork barbecue. The sandwiches were big, and everything was fresh. It's so much easier to enjoy a meal if customer service is made a priority. We will return to this location. Thanks!“

“You know when you walk into Schlotzsky's that you are going to get a good sandwich and excellent service. I've had most things on their menu, but I'm still a fan of their "Original" sandwich. Their pizzas are also really good. I've never tried their Cinnabon, but the option is there if youa re interested since they share the same location. It does make the restaurant smell good though! Since this location is really close to the university and the hospital, it can get really busy at lunch. I'd recommend you get there before 11:45 if you want to avoid the line. They are pretty fast in getting your order out to you, but the line does get pretty long around 11:50 or so.“

“The gentleman who was working by himself tonight (7/18) 5:30pmish did an amazing job at assisting everyone that came in. He was swamped with online orders- and seemed to be by himself tonight. I hope management realizes how awesome of an employee they have. He definitely deserves a raise!“

“Gabriella was amazing. I placed an online order. When I arrived she informed me she was in baking cookies and offered me a bag of chips instead. I chose to wait for the cookies. While waiting several customers came in and she handled them with ease. She was very polite and kept a smile on her face all while being alone. She definitely deserves praise and a raise 👏🏽🙌🏽“
