“At the time of our visit the restaurant was very clean. Restrooms was clean. dining room was clean. My wife has a tomato allergy and the staff was very professional handling our order. I can tell they take allergy serious at this location. They prepared her food separately from everyone else’s and delivered it separately to the table.“

“Jersey's Mike's Subs is a great location to drop in and get a very tasty sub. The staff are very helpful in getting your the right sub or sandwich. As for the quality, they are tops. the meats and cheeses are fresh cut and top quality. This will be our new "Go To" place for a great sub while we out. “I ate at the Original Scholtzsky on S. CONGRESS in Austin, Texas, so I've got a really high bar. The bread didn't seem as fresh as same day bake, but it was a good sandwich. Go to the 19th street store in Lubbock as the other store off Milwaukee doesn't meet any standards“

“Racheal was super sweet and so kind! She started my sandwich as it was in the oven she then cashed me out then promptly washed her hands after handling the money! She appears to be in her late teens possibly early 20s but let me tell you she shocked me especially with this generation of kids where being respectful and providing good customer service is not seen much. The place was super clean and the restroom was very clean as well! I will most definitely return and hope Racheal is my sandwich maker lol she deserves a 10 plus she was amazing overall !!! She will most definitely succeed in her future!!! Subway you have your self an amazing little worker she’s a good asset to your company !!!“

“Good Sandwiches. Very Customer Friendly in Store. We ate inside the restaurant recently there were quite a few workers so everything was taken care of extremely fast. They even cleared our table after eating while we continued to talk. Drive thru experience is Exceptional as well.“

“Went there today for the first time. Was met by really friendly staff and my order was correct.
I got 2 subs to go after I ate and the staff was very prompt in making them.
Some of these other reviews complain about rude staff but I interacted with 3 different people there and they were super friendly.
Will definitely be back!!

“Great food. We order once a week from here but it’s hot or miss some days with them always forgetting something. Some days it’s perfect and they remember to bring everything, other days they forget some of the order like cookies, soup, extra cheese, napkins, spoons, etc. This is annoying but the food really is great so I’m giving 4 stars.“

“The staff is friendly, sub sandwiches are delicious. The only thing is all sandwiches are cold cut none are toasted or heated. It is still a great sandwich and they deliver!

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich the #6. Comes with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado and cheese.

Parking: Parking is shared with GNC and AT&T.“

“The gentleman who was working by himself tonight (7/18) 5:30pmish did an amazing job at assisting everyone that came in. He was swamped with online orders- and seemed to be by himself tonight. I hope management realizes how awesome of an employee they have. He definitely deserves a raise!“

“This is the best Subway in all of Lubbock. I live all the way on 114th and Indiana and always go out of my way to make it to this location. They always have the nicest employees that are always courteous and have the best customer service. I've truly never had a bad experience at this location.“

“First time we have been to a McAlister's in a decade. We are typically a Panera family. However after our visit this week we are converts. It was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a while, and my husband and daughter loved their potatoes!“

“The food was great. The McCalisters Club sandwich was delicious. As was my potato soup, I was dismayed at the discontinuation of their bread bowl. However the service and food overshadowed my disappointment. Their playlist is definitely not something I would enjoy listening to. The girl who was working the front, her name is Eren. She held the whole fort down by herself and she was definitely in the weeds but handled business perfectly. I definitely will be coming back for that club though!“
