“Tonight was our first Potbelly experience. I ordered online, and when we arrived a very pleasant Cassandra treated us so very kindly. I had the Mediterranean and my son had the pork barbecue. The sandwiches were big, and everything was fresh. It's so much easier to enjoy a meal if customer service is made a priority. We will return to this location. Thanks!“

“Here’s the Real Deal! I’m asked to give reviews time to time, but I can only be honest about each company and what they provide. I decided to try Schlotzsky’s after church on 82nd Street in Lubbock TX. The premises were clean, the service was amazing & the sandwich was Outstanding. “Gabriella was amazing. I placed an online order. When I arrived she informed me she was in baking cookies and offered me a bag of chips instead. I chose to wait for the cookies. While waiting several customers came in and she handled them with ease. She was very polite and kept a smile on her face all while being alone. She definitely deserves praise and a raise 👏🏽🙌🏽“
