When somebody ask you for something for a little baby please do it is not just customer service is human decency, was driving from New Mexico to Lubbock for a doctors appointment stop to eat something at this place and at the same time give some food to my baby ask then to heat my baby?s food for just 20 seconds and they say no, I even ask to talk to the manager but nothing, had to give my little baby freeze food, Thank you so munch

As usual i love firehouse subs. But this firehouse franchise is not in jacksonville. Is in Lubbock Texas. Wow. Anyway the place looks very nice very clean and the employees greet you like at any other firehouse. The sub i always order is the engine company sub one of the original subs when firehouse was a jacksonville only bussiness. My sub was great. Temperature, size and most of all very tasty. Just as i remember the sub from early 2000. Im so happy the Jacksonville...read full review

Placed an online order about 3pm 07/06/2019, scheduled to pick up at 3:30pm...got there at 3:20 and found out the soda machine was down. Then the kids cookie wasn't in the bag. I guess we're supposed to get it ourselves? Then my order wasn't even ready until 3:40...kind of disappointed. They seemed all out of sorts, maybe just a bad day?

About Firehouse Subs

Hot Specialty Subs are the way to go. The Hook & Ladder is one of the most famous of these stuffed full with smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack. Make sure to order it "fully involved" which involves mayonnaise, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle served on the side. Another one to try is the Engineer with smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and sauteed mushrooms. Like the Hook & Ladder, it's best enjoyed "fully involved." Hot Subs like the Corned Beef Brisket might not have catchy names, but piled high with corned beef brisket and provolone, served "fully involved," you won't really care about clever when you're sinking your teeth into it. Smaller appetites or those who are watching their waistline can enjoy Under 500 Subs or Under 500 Salads. But in case you're feeling "fully involved," a hot bowl of chili is always a good way to warm up on a chilly day. Chips add an extra crunch to go alongside your sub choice. And fudgy brownies and melt-in-your-mouth cookies will give you that extra something to end on a sweet note.
