“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

Okay here we go...good menu selections from burgers to chicken( don't forget the smash burger taco). Sounds weird but it's a good twist to a smash burger. This location the food was good, fast and the workers were very nice. If it's your first time try the Freddy sauce original and the jalapeno style sauce. I'm usually a whataburger or MCD kind of guy, but once in awhile it's good to change it up and throw a Freddie's in the mix. Decent price, too.“

“It was a usual excellent tasting Arby's sandwich, but I had to pay $16 for a standard sandwich and a large roast beef. The quantity and size did not seem to be up to the standard I've expected before. The price is out of control. It was amazing how many things they were out of, including curly fries and they said only one more bag of the regular fries. How does a place like this function without fries? Then the sauces, although I didn't necessarily want any There was several my wife did that weren't available. They did have the horsey sauce so that's all good. The guys were very explanatory and helpful and apologetic.“

My husband ordered for take out and got back home to realize the order was wrong so he ran back out this location.! Came back and it is actually the worst fries and chicken I have ever had from any Chick-fil-A location. The fries were hard and not fresh at all. Chicken nuggets were not tender and tough. I would skip this location and try another one. It took an hour to get food that was NOT eatable anyways. Oh, and the pictures shows an item in my hard fries.“

“This is my go to pizza place any time I’m in Lubbock! The store manager Chelsi is so pleasant to talk to. She always has a smile on her face! I would recommend this place to everyone. They have good deals and you can sign up and get Pizza Hut rewards. They work across state lines. I live in Kansas and I use my points in both states.“
