The employees are always nice and I've never had a bad experience here and I grew up in the Arnett and still live there. The best Schnitzel spot in all of Lubbock. And it's a great place to get a few dogs after a TTU football game!“

“We went to have lunch at the Taco Casa on University. We couldn’t have asked for the best service! The lady that attended to us, did an amazing job she did it with a smile. I wish I would have gotten her name. There was 21 of us. We met there from Abilene and Amarillo for my husband‘s birthday. She had no problem checking up on us to make sure that we were all OK.The food was great like always! “The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

“The bright spot of my night after receiving the worst service from your neighbors over at KFC, I received the best night time service from your team. Y’all took the order accurately and happily. Then promptly served me with the most cheerful attitude. The cashier was hilarious and though you could clearly see that everyone was working to prepare for the end of the night, you did not skimp on the service and made sure I was aware of the survey for a free dilly bar. The team at this CFA restaurant goes above and beyond each and every day with each and every customer that walks through those doors. For us, it’s been a place, where we’ve felt safe to walk through loss and grief, as we lost my best friend’s husband to Pancreatic Cancer. At CFA, Cancer didn’t exist. We have found friends, who are now our family; people, whom we love, and who love us. The food brings us comfort and fills our tummies at times, when nothing else will do. The Directors at this location (Jonathan, David, and new to us, Valentina) run this ship like a well-oiled machine… and trust me, we’ve been there for some of their record-breaking days. “The food and service was wonderful smiling staff and friendly... it was cold in there... but the prices were way too expensive, trying to turn a burger place into a high end eatery, but the size of the burgers do not compliment the prices... the way economy is now 5 Guys can not be a Friday night family outing for a family of 5. The cost is over $100 for burgers and fries, honestly the taste of it is not worth spending that much. It is good, but nothing EXTRA.“

“This is a very great Arby's. While in Lubbock TX I made it a point to come back again before I left for home in NM.

“Husband placed order. He purchased French Dip. Said it was the Best he has ever had.
My sub was disappointing (because of misunderstanding with staff). It was ham, cheese and bread...dry. Next time I will place the order myself.
Their menu is big with options for hot subs, salads, etc.
My hubby was very happy with the experience and we will go back. We live out of town and Lubbock is our source for shopping/eating out.
Looks like Firehouse is going to be our sub stop (sorry Subway).

Parking: Canyon West location in Lubbock (Milwaukee street).
Very busy location. Limited parking (strip center shopping area). Saw lots of takeout orders (in and out quickly) so parking spaces don't seem to be an issue.“

“I went one evening during rush and there was only one booth open that was dirty. The cashier noticed it right away and cleaned it for us with a smile. There was a lot going on but the atmosphere was great and we got quick service and the food was good. The little cashier with tattoos was so sweet when it came to our service and the smile never left her face even though it was so busy. Will definitely be going again“

“I love Sonic for 2 main reasons: their drinks and their treats. At this particular Sonic location, I enjoy the shakes. They seem more well mixed whereas at other locations I've experienced shakes that everything that's supposed to be mixed in was lying at the bottom of the cup. Be careful when ordering teas, or you may end up with the opposite of what you asked. For example, an unsweet tea when you asked for sweet, but this can happen anywhere. So just make sure to double check before you leave. Happy eating, everyone!“

The staff were kind and welcoming and my order was completed accurately. When I got home, I realized just how much fries I received. Wow! So much fries! And they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned. Our burgers were fantastic as well. The meat was juicy and flavorful, the grilled mushrooms and onions created a depth of smokiness, and the fresh veggies were crisp and added a layer of texture.
