“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

“My All-Time Favorite place to eat in Lubbock,Tx. Been here a ince i was a little boy and is still going strong and barely scratching the surface. The $6 Deal 4 Real! The ChiliCheese Burger is my favorite and has been all these years. They recently upgraded the burger as it now comes with a quarter pound hamburger patty and that minor detail has been a major change in the quality. The ChiliCheese Fries are the bomb especially when you add a side of ranch to them, mmmmhmm the bestest in West Texas! Thank You for the Great Food for all these years and helping get Lubbock thru the Covid-19.“

“chick FIL -a one of my favorite place to take my kids BUT one week ago we went inside to eat before they closed at 9 pm !!!! We went inside at 8:51 the girl that was on register told us we could only order for carry out since they would close at 9 and I told her it wasn't 9 yet and she said we couldn't eat in okay I understood and left cause we wanted to eat inside since we are not from Lubbock.... customers behind us (2 white couples) with two grandsons ordered we got on are vehicle and I saw them sit down I was like okay they are going to wait for there food so I stayed in the parking lot to see if they where just waiting for food it was 8:58 and I told my daughter for us to go inside before they locked the door so as I walked in the girl on the register went to the couples table to take there order and when she saw me she turned RED and I told her thats what I wanted to see so I asked for the manager on duty and she called a guy manager (white) he saw us and he just moved his hands like I'm not gonna deal with that so she called her other manager and she was mad I explained everything and all she said was mam u got here at 859 and we close at 9 I was like no mam we didn't the register girl didn't even know what to say and managers are races I went to the couple and told them to please tell the manager we where in front of them and they did and the lady asked why if there was a problem and I explained to them and the man said oh I'm sorry mam they didn't tell us we couldn't order and eat in.......I won't be going back to a chickfila in Lubbock“

The team at this CFA restaurant goes above and beyond each and every day with each and every customer that walks through those doors. For us, it’s been a place, where we’ve felt safe to walk through loss and grief, as we lost my best friend’s husband to Pancreatic Cancer. At CFA, Cancer didn’t exist. “This is my go to pizza place any time I’m in Lubbock! The store manager Chelsi is so pleasant to talk to. She always has a smile on her face! I would recommend this place to everyone. They have good deals and you can sign up and get Pizza Hut rewards. They work across state lines. I live in Kansas and I use my points in both states.“

You're always greeted with a smile from someone at the counter near to the door, if it's not them it is always someone else. The menu is well designed and easy to read. The food is always fresh and fantastic, it is always brought out and I'm always asked if there's anything else that I need a second time. The staff is very polite, courteous, well organized, and clean. I appreciate that they are closed on Sunday, while I do not always align with their other social and political views.“

However, when I called to reorder the pizza the manager was the sweetest lady and remade our pizzas for us with no charge. She even threw in some cinnasticks.
