“One of the longest going restaurants in the Arnett. There's a reason too. The food is always great and the wait in the drive thru is never too long. The employees are always nice and I've never had a bad experience here and I grew up in the Arnett and still live there. The best Schnitzel spot in all of Lubbock. And it's a great place to get a few dogs after a TTU football game!“

“The food was good and service was friendly. However there is one thing that needs to be addressed. When the cashier hands you the cups, she puts her fingers inside the cup. This is unsanitary. Please train your employees to handle the cups from the outside and NOT put their fingers inside the cups. I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant in awhile, but I usually place to go orders.“

“We had the meats ? I had a double beef and cheddar with curly fries. It came out steaming and absolutely delicious. The bun was soft and fresh and of course I added Arby's sauce and some horsey sauce. The curly fries were spot on as well - hot, crispy and delicious. My wife has a regular double and she said hers was great as well. Fast and friendly service. One of the best Arby's experiences I have had in quite a few years.“

“The food and service was wonderful smiling staff and friendly... it was cold in there... but the prices were way too expensive, trying to turn a burger place into a high end eatery, but the size of the burgers do not compliment the prices... the way economy is now 5 Guys can not be a Friday night family outing for a family of 5. The cost is over $100 for burgers and fries, honestly the taste of it is not worth spending that much. It is good, but nothing EXTRA.“

The atmosphere was lively and energetic, which added to the overall experience.One particular window team member, August, stood out to me as exceptional. She was extremely helpful and attentive to my order, ensuring everything was exactly how I wanted it. August even offered suggestions and recommendations for other items on the menu that I might enjoy. Her enthusiasm and passion for her job were evident in every interaction we had, making my experience a positive one.The food was fantastic as well. “We grabbed lunch from here around 11:15 on 4/25. I had submitted my order online which was easy to do, and it was ready within a few minutes of my arrival. The staff were kind and welcoming and my order was completed accurately. When I got home, I realized just how much fries I received. Wow! So much fries! And they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned. Our burgers were fantastic as well. The meat was juicy and flavorful, the grilled mushrooms and onions created a depth of smokiness, and the fresh veggies were crisp and added a layer of texture. “Of course sonic is a franchise we all know and love for their delicious cheeseburgers. Today, I seized the half price cheeseburger deal on the app and got myself 2, I’m currently eating them. I am VERY displeased with the overwhelming flavor of the pickles in my burger. The pickles taste…. Like a novelty? Or not like classic sonic pickles. I think they are incorporating the pickles from recent new menu items and putting them into the burgers. It absolutely ruined the flavor of my burger, just made the whole thing taste bad. I love sonic I worked there as my high school job but I was just so dissatisfied with these burgers I had to come let y’all know to tell them to hold the pickles.“

“Racheal was super sweet and so kind! She started my sandwich as it was in the oven she then cashed me out then promptly washed her hands after handling the money! She appears to be in her late teens possibly early 20s but let me tell you she shocked me especially with this generation of kids where being respectful and providing good customer service is not seen much. The place was super clean and the restroom was very clean as well! I will most definitely return and hope Racheal is my sandwich maker lol she deserves a 10 plus she was amazing overall !!! “Big pizza fan here -- First time at THIS Pizza Hut and they did GREAT! Food was hot, not skimpy on the toppings, chicken wings were crispy, and they made the custom pizza without mistake! My wife loved her veggie side of the pizza with pesto drizzle! All around great experience (Staff were really nice too)“

“This location offers quick and exceptional service along with fresh food and great ice cream! Even with the steady stream of customers tonight they answered the speakers immediately and got all 3 of our orders out within a couple of minutes. One carhop, Salma, really stood out as she delivered the majority of orders while answering the speaker as well. When dropping off our orders she was kind and efficient, while still being thorough. Vegetarian options: None, unless you want fries.Sometimes, because of health reasons, you have to watch what you CAN eat.“

“I ordered online the day before and went to pick it up. The employees at the window explained to me it had just populated for them to make and it would take about 15 mins to make it. I had arrived early so I was not upset. They were very nice and the order was ready when I came back closer to my time to pick up. I didn't even have to get out of my van to do the transaction.
