We ordered some meals an got it deliver the sandwich were wrong i called arbys an explain to LT what happened an he asked me to come to the store so i did he has amazing customers service skills extremely nice an friendly our food he made it right he made sure that he made us happy and went out of his way to please his customers. I highly recommend going to the location on 19th very nice friendly employees.Thank you LT and ur employees..

Ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar half pound meals when we got our order one was half pound Beef and Cheddar one was not when I took the wrong one back along with my ticket they said it weighed correctly gave me a cup of Cheddar and called it good Other sandwich that was correct had more roast beef and a different bun Someone in back asked what was wrong and the person that didn't wait on me told them that I received a roast beef sandwich and I apparently wanted a beef and Cheddar...read full review

Little bit of a wait, but received delicious fresh food. Without asking they provided all the sauces and ketchup I would need with my meal and accommodated my request of a different bun for my beef & n cheddars. Fully satisfying experience. Order taker did have trouble hearing me through the intercom but regardless my meal was exactly what I ordered.
