We ordered some meals an got it deliver the sandwich were wrong i called arbys an explain to LT what happened an he asked me to come to the store so i did he has amazing customers service skills extremely nice an friendly our food he made it right he made sure that he made us happy and went out of his way to please his customers. I highly recommend going to the location on 19th very nice friendly employees.Thank you LT and ur employees..

Oboy this place is usually ok.. but this trip sucked.. boyfriend starving. So I'm going to this arbys..I ordered 2 roast beef with chedder&2 roost beefs plain.. then ordered 2 more.. so total is 6 4 w/out cheese. And 2 witn cheese.. I looked I seen 1 it didn't have cheddar so I came home then. There ended up only 1 with out cheddar . So I call.. no answers.. call again no answer waited a while called again nothing.So I called Another arbys who told me they'd call 4 me talk to they're manager and call me back... NOTHING !!!!!NO ONE EVER CALLED.. BOYFRIEND HATES CHEDDAR SO I HAVE 5 SANDWICHES.. and a hungry grumpy boyfriend.. thanks Arbys

Wow. Couldn't even order food through the drive-thru. The amount of bad attitude was a huge deterrent. Why must I have to deal with an irritated employee about whether or not I'm ordering a kids meal or just the nuggets and then I wanna add a drink? Literally felt her annoyance and eye roll through the speaker. Am I working my customer based job with a smiley face so that I can turn and spend that hard earned, emphasis on earned, money at Arby's or anywhere to pay your light bill, my dear. The answer is no, not today. I got problems, too. I just need to feed my child and myself.
