Employees greeted entering the building, server explained specials for day and lunch menu. Place was well maintained and still observing some of the COVID-19 protocols with barriers for customer counter, cleaning of the tables and area. Thanked customers for visiting.
Most of the time good food but March 28, 2022 all bread sticks we're mushed and not cooked all the way. lasagna noodles we're not cooked all the way as well. We ate at your store on 82cond street employees sweet we dined in at 1pm.

Love fazolis, the food is always fresh and hot and portions are great. However this last time I went through the drive thru I ordered wings and the mozzarella skewers. They forgot to include the ranch for the wings and garlic butter for the skewers. Other than that I enjoyed the food, just wish they included the sauces.
