“We arrived around 4:30 pm and there were not very many customers. Immediately, we were greeted by our server, Jordan, so we got a shiner bock and a glass of water while we waited for our entrees. Our decision to choose the bone-in fried chicken with the gumbo and fried zucchini as the sides was a great choice. We also ordered the Nashville hot chicken and the kid's chicken fried steak strips. Everything was fried amazingly. All of the meats were tender and fried to a good crisp with the right amount of seasoning. The mashed potatoes with jalapeño bacon gravy were delicious ?However, the music was too loud, and the establishment was cold inside. Every time the furnace kicked on, the unit was loud and noisy, so I felt like it was too much going on.Parking: You can either park in the street or in the designated parking lot.“
“Absolutely amazing! Everyone at Raising Canes seem to be happy to be there. 99.999999% of the time that I go, everything is perfect. There has only been one time that I had the mildest issue, but everything was resolved. Raising Canes is my favorite chicken place. I think im addicted to their sauce. If you have never been to Raising Canes, you need to go ASAP!!Parking: I went to the one on 82nd street. It does have parking all around the establishment and I have never had an issue getting a parking spot. The drive thru can be pretty full at times, but they keep it moving at a great pace.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves going to Raising Canes! Everyone is so good with the kids. I have never seen one employee that wasn’t.“
“I love Raising Canes so much. My last experience wasn’t the best. When I got to the window to get my food, they read back an order and asked me if that was what I had ordered. Of course it wasn’t so I let them no that o didn’t order that. Then they didn’t have both of my drinks made because they could only see one drink on the order. Once I got my second drink it was the wrong size. I had to showed my receipt, voluntarily, so they knew that I had for sure ordered a drink. They were pretty busy at the drive thru. This was not the best experience I have ever had with them. I will still continue to go to Raising Canes. One bad experience doesn’t ruin it for me.“
“Heard about this place; went there ordered Take out due to have a baby so guy that took out order was super nice. And then when we ate the chicken; damn hits the spot. Just flavorful chicken and all around just good. Also very reasonably priced as well. Will come back when we are craving good fried chicken. Just will need to come in earlier to try the Mac and cheese; also mashed potatoes were super good.“
